I would like to start off by saying that Nicholas is one of the kindest people I have met in this industry. These smaller auctions are generally so fast paced in terms of pick up but he always lets me come early to pick up if they are not too busy. I always find such special items straight from estates. Nick I enjoy our conversations when you have the time to lend and thank you for being so accommodating. Heres to keeping brown wood in the modern home!

Nicholas and his team at Hatch Estate Services did a FABULOUS job! Everything looked so good, was photographed and staged beautifully and was well organized and categorized. Payment was issued sooner than I even expected. Very pleased with their services.

Nick cleared out my home in 7 days. 75% of items went to auction, check within 3 months and the rest cleared out for cheap. Wow house sold in a matter of days could not have done it without your hard work! Thank you Nick and Hatch Estate Services!

A couple months ago I had Nicholas Hatch representing Clearing House Estate Sales sell contents from our shop and to this day we havent been paid a cent. Mr. Hatch also manipulates what you are selling with an improper listing so he can get it himself for a low price so in turn he can resell it for a higher price. He also claims that if you dont pick you items on the listed day that you will forfeit but he keeps all the items and money that he wants. During the bid the pricing is controlled, manipulated and who buys the items so he ends up getting everything he wants at the lowest price that they determine, this is why Mr. Hatch got more than half of everything (sold) at my store. I say (sold) but again neither he or clearing house estate sales has not paid anything and they refuses to pay. He then resells these items under his own business Hatch Estate Sales.This is theft and fraud and he is an unethical scammer please be aware that this is ongoing!!!

I wish I did more research on this company before working with Nicholas Hatch. The only reason why I am giving this business 1 star and not 0 is because I did receive some of the money from my items that were auctioned almost a year later, and the men that accompanied him to take all of our things were very friendly. Let me start by saying that Nicholas wasnt very friendly from the beginning. That should of been my 1st warning to call off doing business with him. We trusted him with selling 75% of our furniture from a 7K square foot home. Were were cut a check for probably 80% of our things that were sold. I had to hound him for the 1st check. He told me I would be receiving another check for the remaining items a couple months later. It is now over 2 years later and still nothing. After many emails and phone calls, I finally spoke to him explaining what we were not compensated for which included a $12,000 pool table, he proceeds to tell me that it was disposed of because they couldnt find a piece that was needed to be put back together, I was furious. He was very unapologetic, and lacked compassion. He told me he would send a check ASAP for the other things. and its been 3 months, I havent received it. Ive called him, emailed him, and NO RESPONSE. I am now thinking of taking legal action. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Selling items that have multiple damages, but only showing the smallest ones in his pictures. Tried contacting Nick when his guys delivered the items. He finally returned my call hours later, after we had already moved the giant desk into our office. His reply to all of the damages and the pictures that I emailed was thats what it is when you buy used furniture. Im going to have the guys come and pick up the desk. I wasnt happy with what it sold for in the auction anyway and Ill just resell it, again. I dont think he understands how auctions work. I started bidding seconds before the item sold at a much lower price.He should be happy that I brought his final sale price up to $543. Never buying from him again.To your reply :You keep referring to your one picture of a little scratch on the edge of the top, when I sent you pictures of 5 large scratches that were not shown or mentioned. I asked you if it could have gotten damaged in the delivery process and you said no, it was like that. That shows that you purposely didnt show the damages. Ive come expect and understand that you omit a lot of the damage issues in your pieces, but this was far worst than any one of your previous omissions. Plus, you offered to take it back hours later, when you called me back. After we had already moved it to the second floor office.Your check was mailed out Monday. I was never expecting a free delivery, but I was expecting honesty and service. You know me as a costumer and its unfortunate that your taking this stance.And for future costumer.... Dont buy from him.

This was my first time dealing with this company, I was upset at first about the handling of my situation. I spoke with nick the owner of this company and I was very impressed on how he handled this issue. My husband and I love to shop estate sales and company offers a lot of really good quality items on there site. I highly recommend this company. Nick really knows how to deal with his clients, and appreciate the fact that some of the clients come from near and far. I really respect that about him. Thanks Nick for being a professional .

Very easy pickup, super professional. All the employees were very nice and helped me pack my car up. I would definitely recommend Nick to anyone looking for auction/estate sale services or buying at one of his auctions.

Nick Hatch was incredibly helpful, kind, respectful, and knowlegable. He made the process so easy and I could not recommend anyone better than him. He worked day and night to make sure everything was handled in a timely fashion and truly has exceeded our expectations. He went out of his way to meet me and accommodate me, thank you Nick!!

I typically do not post reviews. Feel I need to here. BEWARE! Please proceed with extreme caution. At conclusion of estate sales and/or auctions, picking items from this company is extremely difficult. Poor to no response to emails, very poor communication and no shows. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Mr. Hatch is rude and very unprofessional. Picking up items from his online auctions are a nightmare. Disorganized, with items not to be found. Does not respond to emails or phone calls. Beware!

Smooth pick up, nice people and super finds we picked up! Go get em Nick!
