The party bus was not clean. The windows had hand prints from what looks like the pervious use. The seats were torn and broken and the AC barely worked. I would not recommend using this company.

They were supposed to show up for my nieces quincencera and 15 minutes after their show up time we find out they were not showing up. Even though they took our credit card information and we called to confirm they confirmed there was miscommunication within their company which resulted in our day almost being ruined and causing us to scramble. If you want to know for sure a limo is going to show up, pick a different company.

Like most people, I shopped around and some companies quoted me higher prices and some lower. The thing that made me go with NYC Avon Limo was the outstanding customer service and of course the other reviews on here. The lady on the phone was super nice, and she made the reservation. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service. We took stretched Lincoln for our NYC tour with a guide. WOW!!!!!! We had great time with Avon (our tour-guide). Experienced guide. professional customer service. Driver was very professional and accommodating. I am so pleased with the service Avon Limousine provided for my childrens birthday party. We reserved the 10 passengers Stretch limo and my kids loved it. Our driver Joe was AMAZING, punctual, courteous, patient and customer service oriented with a warming smile. He pulled out the red carpet, I mean literally there was a red carpet. I will definitely use this company again and recommend it to all. Thank you so much for the memories.

I am a frequent traveler and I always use Avon Limousine Worldwide to and from the airport. They always arrive at least 10 minutes before scheduled pick up and charge flat rate and is very reasonable. Their drivers are very courteous; cars are super clean and most importantly they get me to the destination safely and on time! They are the best in the area and I highly recommend them!

Absolutely stellar service! The vehicle was immaculate. The driver was on time, courteous, and helpful. I left my phone in the limo when we got to the airport. Thank goodness I did not book with this company. I called around to get a quote for a limo service and noticed their price was very appealing. I was told I was talking to the owner in which I let him know that I was calling around for competitive prices. I mentioned I called Limousines of Connecticut right before him and they were a bit higher than his quote. He went on to trash this company saying that I can book with them if I want but he has heard horror stories about them taking peoples money and never showing up. I called Limousines of Connecticut back and expressed my concerns that the other company told me about them and to my surprise, the lady on the phone was extremely nice and did not retaliate in bashing the company that bashed them. Something in my heart told me to go with Limousines of Connecticut even though their price was higher just from how arogant the owner of this company was. I ended up calling him to give him the opportunity of knowing why I did not choose his company in hopes that maybe he would learn that a way to get customers is not by bashing the competition. If you are a good company, customers will come. This guy started yelling at me at the top of his lungs telling me he doesnt care if I book and to get off of his phone. I was so shocked as when he was trying to get my business his attitude was completely different. This past weekend I had my service with Limousines of Connecticut and they were great! They showed up early and they even gave us an extra 30 minutes free at the end of our service. This just goes to show that you cant believe everything people tell you. Go with your gut and beware of this company as the owner is only in it for the money and not for the customers.

The best service from start to finish I couldnt ask for more. I came to NYC for a party, the driver picked me up from JFK he was very polite and respectful. The ride overall was outstanding, the drinks in the limo were exactly what I asked for. I would for sure be coming back for another ride.

Overwhelming experience. The car was extremely clean - on the inside and the outside, seemed brand new. The driver was very polite, helpful and professional. The service was perfect and the pick up always right on time! Prior to the car´s arrival we received messages stating the arrival. I´m sure, any delay would have been communicated just as well, but since there weren´t any delays, I can only guess. The online booking process was easy and transparent. The staff I contacted by phone was helpful and professional too. That cruise sure enlightened our whole trip.

They sent an email the day before as a reminder. When the driver was almost at our home, he emailed us again. The driver was right on time, courteous and extremely helpful. The limousine service was excellent! On Friday, we used Avon Limousine to take us from Westport to NYC to go to a restaurant for my daughters birthday. Not only was he on time, he was friendly and very helpful! There was traffic on the highway, and he took a much faster route to get us there on time! I would definitely use Avon Limousine again!!

One time I scheduled my flight/pickup time incorrectly but Avon Limousine caught my mistake and were able to get a car to the airport so my family did not have to wait. Had an absolutely amazing experience with Jessey, Tizo and the Avon Limousine team. I had to make a last minute reservation, and Jessey was extremely accommodating and so genuinely nice, customer service is clearly the priority and it definitely shows. Chris our driver, was so attentive and always just around the corner, could not have asked for more. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone, and will be using them again for SURE.

Great company, easy to work with. Scheduled a car for LaGuardia Airport pickup and drop off in CT for my parents. LaGuardia is a hot mess right now so it took my parents a bit to get from Terminal C to Terminal A. The driver Johel was amazing. Patiently waited there with a sign for them for about an hour until they could meet. Super nice about it, Dad said he was an awesome guy, excellent service. Will be booking with them again next time and try to get Johel as well

As once-a-year visitors to the Bridgeport area of CT weve come to depend on Johel and Avon Limousine at the end of our holiday to return us to JFK before flying home. Hes the friendliest, most sincere, courteous and helpful chauffeur Ive ever met. A chatty, family-orientated guy who is great at putting his natural warmth to good effect making my family feel comfortable and relaxed in the sometimes snarly traffic of the airport approach. The car fleet is modern and clean, professionally driven and very comfortable. My contact with Johel might well be simply business and just a single occasion every 12months, but it feels like catching up with an old friend and it makes the transition from holiday to travel home as seamless as possible. Very reasonable rates too.

We had 4 Pickups while staying in Las Vegas. I ur driver is 15 minutes early for each destination.Our driver on three in the legs was David Wong,and he could not more Professionel and pleasant to talk with.My wife is disabled and he make sure he was out of the car and assisted her on every Stop.That’s amazing.This is a Professional Company it’s unbelievable and you will not go wrong.Easy to set up pick ups and drive texts you the minute he is on your property.We won’t use anyone else while in New York area.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS!!I booked a stretch 8-Pax Stretch Limo for my wedding day on June 30th. Sure, it was a little costly because we where only reserving the limousine for 4 hours, and it was costing us close to 700 dollars, but I figured for the quality of service posted on their website and the positive reviews we had thought that it would be an wonderful experience for my special day. When the limousine arrived it looked beautiful to the eye but as soon as I got in the limo as the bride with my bridal party and my father there was an extreme concern because of a loud noise in the back of the limousine that completely took up the entire car that you couldnt even talk to each other or hear over it. That alone made us worry more especially whenhe drove on the highway not going over 40mph or out of the slow lane, the sound grew louder and rumbled the back was shaking as if a tire was gonna blow. . Again after addressing with the driver he seemed to have no concern what so ever and ignored us and continued to drive. In addition to being a new bride I am also 5 months pregnant so now the fear for my life, the life of my unborn child, my bridal party and my father if this car breaks down on 95 was the scariest feeling to endure on what was supposed to be the happiest day of my life.We finally made it to our church where we were holding our ceremony and as I get out the driver asked me I would like for him to switch the limousine if I do it then its not going to be white which was no concern to me as long as it was safe, he seemed annoyed and said that the noise was no issue for him. Clearly that noise couldnt not be ignored for the shaking of the limo and for him to state its no concern of his was extremely alarming. For a company promoting reliability its great to know they have no concern for the safety of his passengers. I assured him for all the money I am paying we deserve a safe limo.How wrong was I because the new limousine that arrived, once myself, my husband, the bridal party, and the grooms party finally loaded into the car it literally went one block away from the church and it BROKE DOWN!There was no communication from the driver who only said 3 words, I am Im trouble And left us in the limo in the center lane of one of the busiest streets and on coming traffic on both ends and no air-conditioning on a 90 degree day. No communication to what was going on so we had to call our own family for additional transportation while the driver just remained clueless not giving us any direction or reassurance that we would get a replacement or something was being done.Being pregnant on my wedding day trapped in a non air conditioned black limo on a 90 degree day was a HUGE HEALTH HAZARD. I could have suffered from heat stroke, I could have fainted or suffered from a multitude of issues on my own wedding day because of this companies FAULTY LIMOS. I couldnt believe I chose this Reliable transportation service which in fact was the WORST SERVICE I could have ever spent my money on.Once safely in the car of my photographer my husband called Avon addressing the breakdown issue and asking for refund they said there was no manager available..and would not be available till Monday, my husband addressed we would be out of the country and unable to call again no assistance given and we where left high and dry with a huge charge for TERRIBLE LIMO SERVICE.Today my husband and I called Avon Limo asking to speak with the manager who come to find out was the DRIVER! After explaining the issues and asking for a much deserved refund for PUTTING MY LIFE, MY UNBORN CHILDS LIFE AND THE LIFE OF MY HUSBAND AND WEDDING PARTY IN DANGER FROM TWO FAULTY LIMOUSINES the company REFUSED!!DO NOT TRUST OR BOOK with this company, THEY WILL ROB YOU of your hard earned money they will UNRELIABLE, UNSAFE LIMOUSINE SERVICE and WILL NOT.
