Worst post office. Packages never get delivered on time, and always get other peoples mail.

Dont even bother expecting something to arrive on time, even if you pay for expedited shipping. Also, dont waste your time scheduling a re-delivery, theyll just bring it when they feel like it.

Employees in the office are very friendly.. But, its been 24 days since I placed my order for the key to my lock box at the park I live in, and its still not here.. every time I go into the office to retrieve my mail they have to wander around to locate it.. packages have been left at my door and misplaced and returned to sender.. this is ridiculous. I have never had so much problem when moving to get my mail.. And I move 3-4 times a year.. Very disappointed

If there was a zero star rating I would have done that! The staff is usually pretty friendly but they are constantly losing my packages and NEVER able to tell me why or where they are! Also sometimes we go a day or two without receiving mail and I know its not just ours because we have a neighborhood of people always complaining!! Please get it together Bc USPS... Theres no sense in having a package on your truck all day long and it not being delivered by the end of the day.

There dog running through my neighbors all day long. We live in the country somewhat. They tell me, they are not bring my mail to my house any more. It’s not even my dog! They just like hanging at my house cause I don’t mind. I love animal, they can smell fear. You serve through rain, snow and y’all scaries of a little dog. Be scaried of God sending some lightning to hit you, or having a heat stroke in this hot weather.Can y’all even hold my mail like that legally?No dog has bite you!

Mail is consistently being delivered to the incorrect address.

I dont ship stuff very often so having them take the time to pick the right size box, insurance etc really makes it easy and inviting. Ive gone to USPSs in Orange, and Beaumont and the Bridge City location has the nicest staff constantly. I only wish they had later hours one day a week (like the DMV)

Terrible service. EVERY TiME I order a package, it is returned to the post office. They dont even attempt to deliver to the post box or the house. They dont answer the phone. Worst service I have ever received.

It sure is hard when you work the nightshift to get to the post office before they close at 4:15 and closed on weekends! How does anyone with a regular job get time to go??

Been coming here every single weekday to ship orders for my business for years straight now and the staff is wonderful, they work hard and do a great job.

Service from this postal center has gotten so bad! Mail doesnt get delivered regularly anymore!
