My first time using the automatic drive thru wash here. I will say my Toyota 4runner came out squeaky clean and shiny! Will definitely be back!

Paid $16 to go through the car wash and it turned out like this. Never coming back here again

It is good but back door of SUV is never clean all the way not are my tire rims.

Cant say ive ever had a bad experience. I use the unlimited washes plan. Very convenient.

Vacuum had little suction, but the car was is ok, missed some places though. Need to bring a rag for the next time to wipe the places it missed

This location does a great job. I really like the free vacuum availability after. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star is the price is a little more than what I expected.

Good place to wash your car but have had my antenna broken off twice and my electric mirrors broken.

Friendly fast service, great monthly unlimited package options, properly staffed and the vacuums are good and powerful. Nice to have this establishment here in Bridge City and their other locations are also included in the monthly deal.

I was a little leary at first about a drive thru carwash but it was quick, and thorough.

For the most part the wash is really good and lasts me about a week or 2. It doesnt always get the front though, so you gotta stop at the bug wash and scrub it down first.

Does not clean your vehicle like it used to. I know for a fact because people I know that used this car wash say the same thing. Thing is equipment wears out and needs replacing and adjustment constantly. My money is to hard to come by to waste on something that used to be great!!!😠

They never open on time. Some peoples only opportunity is to come early morning. No sign of anyone to open the chain here 10 minutes after.

Good place to wash the truck. Quick does a great job and have never had any problems with any kind of scratches or damage.

Always get the van shined up

Went to the one in Orange today for first time and last time. Vehicle had large spots missed completely with surface dirt. My truck didnt have mud on it at all, just surface highway grime. Manager ran me through a second time which did absolutely no good. The dirt wiped off with a light touch of my finger so it wasnt grease. Waisted $8 and have to go find a better carwash now to hand wash. Manager did not offer to clean again and walked off. Will never return to this place!!!

For the best deal get the unlimited washes for a month for only $20 (a little less) per month. Currently located in Bridge City, but they are in the process of building a new place in Orange across from Walmart. Once you wash your car pull around and vacuum out your car at no extra charge!

Heard this was the best place around. Well its not. Didnt clean my running boards or outside of my mirrors. Bent them forward though. Talked to them inside and was told my truck was to dirty to clean it all the way. Will not be back, the best place is in port Arthur on 365. Hands on prep.

Not a good experience at all the jets tore something out and caused my car to be stuck in neutral then Had to call family and tow truck because my car literally was working fine going in and then goes out and btw the 12 dollar wash it’s horrible it didn’t do much of anything to my car honestly and they ran me through like cattle as one person stated below BEWARE I think also that the owner has horrible customer service skills and he didn’t even have the courtesy to reimburse me the silly little 12 dollars which isn’t even a big deal (ITS THE POINT) for all that inconvience I went through my car is at the mechanics they said the jets tore up my grommet something to do with transmission and therefore making my car be stuck in Neutral so anyways after a 100 dollar towing bill and then I’m waiting on them to call now to go pick up my car THANK YOU Affordable Automotive on MLK in Orange they are really quick and truly affordable love them so much they said that this was def them jets from the car wash it seems to me the owner wants to take no responsibility on anything I mean come on seriously you could have offered to reimburse me that 12 dollars and I wouldn’t even have had an issue with you I refuse to ask though but I am making it clear here that you sir are not a good businessman or else you would look at the feedback and FIX your mistakes .... I won’t ever be going back to you and I will be warning all friends to steer clear and family also !! Lost a customer over 12 dollars and your wonky car wash with turbo jets or whatever that destroys people’s cars ....

I like the bug scrub you can do urself. I’ve never seen that anywhere. Decent place, the vacuums aren’t super strong but they’re ok.

I live in mid-county and travel thru Bridge City quite a bit. I have used the drive thru car wash several times- and want to complement the service the staff does to move things along and the actual vehicle wash that is powerful and seems to clean my truck very well each time. The option to vacuum your interior is also a plus when I have time. The whole process is convenient. I sure wish there was some affordable property available in Nederland to place a wash this side of the bridge 👍Complement the staff and thanks for the clean service.BV

Although I think this is a wonderful car wash when the equipment works properly I paid for an Ultimate Wash which was not received after bringing this to the polite staff members attention I was rerun through the wash and additional two more times however did not receive the Ultimate Wash I was told by employees it was because their machine was too busy its a little upsetting driving from Orange over here and spending almost an hour trying to get the wash that I paid for it I dont think I will be returning

Terrible wash, they run you thru like cattle and the vehicle comes out dirty. $15.00 wash and I still had the same bugs on my truck coming out as I did going in. The kid with the brush slaps some uneven soap on the back of the truck and when it comes out you can see where he missed the whole rear end. No brush on the front end.If you just need water run over your car then get the $6 wash or wait for the rain.
