I almost always find what I need at Lowes, and the service is typically good. I am not a fan of their parking lot, nor of the driveway in/out of it. The store and its employees do right by me, though.

Doing a complete bathroom remodel job. It used to be almost an enjoyable time shopping at Lowes. Not anymore. You have to move carts out of the way to get down aisles. Very unskilled workers. Asked one guy where an item could be found. He said they dont carry it. Someone else steered me to what I was looking for.May be time to go to the competition as much as I dont want to.

I’ve tried to give these guys chances but I always end up feeling like I’m inconveniencing them by shopping there. While I do prefer some items over the other guy, I’ll often wait for special order or pick from in stock at depot to avoid it.

TERRIBLE DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO COMMUNICATION!! If you arent picking up what you need, GO ELSEWHERE!! They are fine lying right to your face about whats happening and you will waste hours/days trying to get a delivery that likely wont take place. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY!!

It was great and my lucky day! I found the Gerber Daisies that I love and have checked at least 4 greenhouses this year who did not have them. Then I found some other things to purchase I didnt know I wanted! I actually went there just for potting soil. Customer service was awesome.

Had an issue with a toilet we purchased called the store spoke to an associate very nice I believe her name was Melanie not sure(working the service desk)., got me in contact with TJ store manager, very pleasant said to come in and he would take care of everything. It took a little while to find an associate that could sign my friend up for his Lowes credit card, but after we found a nice lady who could, another associate, Adam, approached and discussed the tools we had bought a the savings we earned. When we were done at the register, Adam followed us out to the car and helped us load our tools. In a workforce full of useless hands, Adam stood out. Thank you for your help, it makes a difference!

Service was excellent! Food very good. Not just sea food served. Prices are fair.

Awesome store a ton of selections!

Got what I went for, but had to wait about 20 minutes for someone with a fork lift to get down the rest of the stone I needed. Then I had to push 600 lbs of stone through the whole store because they had no one in the garden area. Got my exercise!

Would give 10 stars! Excellent service and friendly staff. Lowe’s in Brewer, Maine has been the best Lowe’s we’ve ever gone to! Quality and the staffs professional knowledge is such a big plus for do it yourself projects. They also have the best installers if you need them!!

Lowes is my favorite store for all things for my home. The employees are friendly and helpful and do not ignore women as some other home improvement store does.

I like this place. Has alot of good stuff, but I go to home depot mainly because they sell Milwaukee tools. Thats what I use.

Lows is okay, but I love Aubuchon Hardware, they have most of the thing I need and you dont have to walk a mile to get it.

They have everything that you might need. BUT, product organizing is lacking. Takes awhile to find most anything.

Not enough employees on shift to open the garden center...at 11 am on a Saturday. I refuse to drag 100 plus paver tiles and 20 bags of sand across the store.

I swear, Im in Lowes at least once a week. My fiancee is a contractor and we seem to land there every Sunday somehow, even when he swears we wont. Things are generally well stocked and easy to find, and they allow DOGS!!!! Before my dog passed it was his absolute favorite place to go. He would get so excited when we pulled in and the staff always recognized him. I always appreciated that they allow well behaved dogs inside.

Bought a 50 pack of pencils that were listed online for the incorrect price I got to town after confirming they would honor the price listed per pack. After I got to town the customer service person said the price was wrong and my order was getting canceled and that i had to pay for them individually. Thanks for confirming prior and a wasted trip to town. Great customer service

Currently quality of customer service is low until the weeding and hiring of summer help, no real spring summer sales last year due I assume from covid, so this years sale I was/am excited. However only one very rude and condicending older check out male in lawn and garden. When we left tried to call customer service and that twice a underprofessional experience. Back into the store we go to speak in person to a manager, apologies were given but still bad taste in my mouth, was sooo looking forward to my first spring shopping after this long year sad that it involved those who cant cheer us on 2stars until I guess life gets back to normal for them as well when hiring quality is essential.

Store was clean and organized. But the staff in the section i was shopping in had very little experience with any construction trades. So figured out what i needed on my own. LOWES dosent carry 1/2 buckets of drywall mud either, which is not very convenient.

I have been in the Brewer store over twenty times in the past four months. I have purchased flowers, mulch, bird foods, sanitizers, patio furniture and many more items. You have some great employees there. On my last trip I purchased more mulch and was helped by Efrain. He has helped me on some of my previous visits and has been professional, cheerful and so helpful. While he was assisting me, I never felt that I was bothering him like many employees do at your competitors. Efrain is an asset to your company and associates like him are hard to find. I was a retail store manager for over ten years and would have done whatever I could to keep an employee like him working for me. Such a breath of fresh air to have someone genuinely love their job while helping people others. AN EXEMPLARY EMPLOYEE !! I will continue to shop that store because of his great smile and service. Treat him right😎

Found what I needed at a good price

I have been to this Lowe’s a number of times. It usually has 5 star service, helpful and friendly personnel. However, this review is regarding delivery of an item that caused a very large headache. I splurged on a wool rug, ordered it online, and then had it delivered along with several other rugs. The other rugs were all in clear plastic wrap, and the expensive wool one in opaque wrap. As I was moving shortly after, I kept it in the wrap. I should have looked to see what was inside. The day of my move, we had cleared all living room furniture to lay out the underpad and then the revealing of the rug only to discover it was not only the wrong rug, but an obliviously USED rug that had dirt and wear and tear. I was in tears over a stressful move with some damage to items and then the rug on top literally was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I called the Lowe’s at my new location to which I moved and was connected to the local assistant manager teams who although not in anyway obligated to rectify this mistake, sent a van the very next day to pick up the wrong/used/dirty rug, ordered my new one to be delivered to their store and then to be sent to my new residence. Brewers in Lowe’s this was not good customer service especially when someone spends over a thousand dollars for rugs. It took a significant amount of time to get this sorted out. One star for this service. I do note that the other two cheaper rugs came in good order.

Made a over the phone purchase with Tom in appliances for a Samsung stove and microwave. Tom was awesome. Took the time to explain all the features and had both pieces ready when I got there. In this day and age its hard to find this kind of service. Allison at the pick up counter was also great! Will definetely be doing more purchases at this store.

Its your typical Lowes filled with all your project needs, whether they be great or small. We just needed some heavy duty shelf brackets, which we did find with ease. Wish they had had a little more color selection, but white works well enough and can be painted if desired. Very clean and tidy store with friendly staff.

The prices were a little bit high

Rodent/poison traps in the garden center in plain sight of customers. When I was there, two poofy squirrel tails were sticking out. As a child, I wouldve reached in there to see the squirrels, so I really dont think they should be as accessible to children as they are.Furthermore, their wood prices have skyrocketed, but their quality has seriously diminished. This can be said with most of their lumber. I dont mind paying market price for wood, but with the amount of chunks missing or splintered off, banana boards and completely warped plywood, I cant even use their wood for most projects. Very disappointed recently.

I went in for a bolt replacement and the options were surprisingly limited. I also went in for a screen door handle and that was even more limited. I would be more understanding if it was an in stock issue but there just wasnt a lot to choose from.

The employees were extremely nice and helpful. They cut up my plywood exactly the way I needed it.

Usually shop Lowes this store only received three stars. Oh the workers were FIVE STAR. Item I needed were out of stock. Needed them had to by more expensive larger size. Option travel to another Lowes at greater distance.

This company shouldnt advertise products in stock. When there not!!! Customer service is no help at all. Ill never shop with this company again.

These people are just plain helpful.. theyre all about getting you what you need to do your job. There are 2. Big box stores in the twincity area.. Lowes understands that if you dont get what you need in theyre store, that youll go across town... And they DONT WANT YOU TO...so they do business with you the old fashioned way...they TRY to satisfy you..

This is a Lowes. It looks and functions as most Lowes stores do. It is filled with Lowes things -- home improvement supplies, lumber, hardware and the like. This particular visit, however, introduced me to a couple of wonderful employees who really made my day. I was looking for a particular nut and bolt for use in fixing a piece of patio furniture. But when I arrived, I realized Id forgotten my wallet. NOT TO WORRY! A very nice cashier taught me how to use Samsung Pay. And a very nice associate in hardware helped me find exactly the parts I needed. Both were awesome, and made the visit an excellent experience.

Incredible place to work. And shop. Always helpful employees and I manage to find some excellent deals in lawn and garden every year

Good hardware store but i had to go to home depot to get everything i needed they are low on stock. Only 1 employee out of the 5 i saw asked me if i needed help. Thankfully i have the Lowes app to show me where to go because 80% of the employees didnt care about providing customer service.

Half the employees are wearing their masks wrong, not covering their noses. They are not enforcing customers wearing masks. Right at the return desk there was a guy right next to the sign that says hes supposed to. I asked more than 1 person where to find something simple and got directed to the wrong dept twice.

One of the perks of visiting the hardware store or lumberyard should be getting good help and advice. Thats not always the case anywhere you go today, but I got some great ideas from a plumbing associate on yesterdays visit, as well as getting friendly, responsive and helpful assistance (including multiple timely callbacks when I called the store) with an online order.

Good. But not much inventory these days. If you want something specific, call ahead.

I asked an employee if he could find someone to help me in the plumbing department and he said he would try. I was surprised that he actually did because some stores dont botherJoe in plumbing found exactly what I needed to finish my project.
