We called Aantex to address rat issues we have been having in our HOA. Mike from Aantex arrived and started arguing with us that rats are outside the home and therefore not a major problem. We had spotted bunch of rats and his solution was to lay one mouse trap at a time. When we complained about how slow that process will be, he got angry at us and left without doing anything. This was part of HOA maintenance and I cannot think of how this company would treat non-HOA customers 1:1. Horrible experience and I would advise anyone to stay away from this company.

I really want to give some kudos and praise to Donald! Our technician, Don always comes in with such a great and positive attitude. His energy really goes a long way, especially during this trying times. We really appreciate his customer service. He is thorough and explains everything with such knowledge and detail. We regularly use Aantex for inspections on our properties! They are always knowledgeable, professional and friendly!

We have synthetic grass in our backyard a few years back and that has really helped with pests in general but we started seeing a lot of spider webs around the exterior of our home. We also saw a lot of roaches in our garage so we had Aantex come out to take a look. John was very knowledgable and took his time explaining and answering all our questions. We signed up for one service as they do not require a contract. Weve seen less spider webs and roaches around our home and will have them come back quarter.

Had a huge ant problem all over the kitchen. No matter what we bought, the canned sprays bought from stores would not take care of the issue. Called Aantex who was recommended to us by a friend, great customer service! Bob Baron comes out and sprays inside and out every other month now. Ant issue is nonexistent! It is so nice not having to worry about our kitchen being taken over by ants anymore.Also, We have a small dog so I was worried about the sprays inside but I was assured that it wouldnt be an issue.Thank you Aantex!

These guys are great! I had some concerns about roaches and after submitting a question online, they got back to me almost right away. My technician was very friendly and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions.

The building is infested and theyve come by weekly to check the traps. The last time they came out he forgot to put peanut butter on the traps. The mice are walking around the traps and mating like crazy
