Horrendous experience. Brentwood party rentals basically rented me a cotton candy machine, with no directions about pick up or supplies until I asked them, wished me luck and closed their doors for the weekend. None of their suggestions of where to buy the candy cotton supplies had it in stock. I was so desperate to make this already paid for machine work for me the day of my party that I had to google how to make cotton candy and tried to make a small batch myself with no success of course. We finally gave up and cleaned out the machine as best we could (which we would have done anyway) and I returned it on Monday at the time agreed. I asked for a refund since we did not end up with any cotton candy at all and I was not only told to take responsibility and that the website says no cotton candy supplies all over it ... which it doesnt and I took screen shots to prove it.... but Connie screamed at me on the phone and treated me like garbage! I have never ever experienced such atrocious behavior from any business in my life! This business puts a stain on the small businesses of our town and should not represent Brentwood at all.

Clearly the best Party equipment Company in town. Quality clean equipment delivered by professional courteous people. On-line ordering allows people to place orders quickly to ensure their event is a success.
