I had initially contacted The Ranch after hearing about the services they offer being next to none after falling short calling one facility after another feeling like I was speaking with salesman trying to purchase a used vehicle. I got in touch with Russell and Thomas and they heard me out. They were kind compassionate and come to find out they had a story of their own and had a real understanding of not only what I was looking for but what I was going through at the time. The educated me on not only The Ranch but also the other facilities I did not even know were within their organization. After attending their womans program 6 months later, not only do I feel like I have the tools to help life a better life but I also feel like I found a new place I can call home. The staff and services were nothing short of professional and caring, allowing me to feel a part of again and I could not have asked for anything more. I would recommend Promises to anyone who is struggling and is at the place where they are willing and open-minded enough to do something different to make a change. Thank you for helping me find myself again and most of all for keeping your Promise!

Absolutly horrible customer service. They have taken my deposit for my daughter. When service cancelled, I called dozens of times as I am due thousands for a refund. They will not get my refund. Is has been 3 months with no resolve.
