This is the best and friendliest Goin Postal in town! They are so customer service oriented and efficient. I didnt know they closed at 3:00 on Saturdays and I got there at 3:06 to drop off a package. The owner unlocked the door and offered to tape up my package and drop it in the UPS box. What great service! This is not the first time they have been awesome either! Check them out! They are great!

As a Real Estate Agent, my printing needs are Never ending! I live near by and Goin Postal is my GO-TO Print Shop! The staff is AMAZING, they are SO convenient and always have my prints ready right away! I would 100% recommend these guys, they have been life savers for me on multiple occasions!

This is the only Goin Postal shop we have ever used. Hopefully, they are all as amazing as our local shop in Brentwood, TN. The owner and staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. Friendly service and skilled at what they do. We have used them for all areas of shipping and packaging needs and their notary service. Also, they do a great job printing. We had some large signs printed and they turned out great. Pricing is better than any other shipping or printing company we have used. Love this shop and the staff!

This place is amazing! They have everything in one spot and conveniently located in Nolensville. I needed to print out important documents and was able to email them over the night before with instructions and they were ready and waiting for me the next morning. I was also please to receive an email back acknowledging my request was received and that they were on it. No more waiting in long lines at an office store for me! I appreciate the reliable and friendly service I received here.

I brought a UPS package here, and directly put it in the hands of someone working there, that suddenly went “missing”. After seeing no movement or origin scan for a couple days, I decided to give them a call. When I called asking the whereabouts of the package, I was given the run around “we don’t scan UPS packages, they pick up and scan themselves, so we have no way of tracking them.” However UPS never received possession of the package from Goin’ Postal. Someone here is stealing packages and I will NOT be using their services again unless I know I can get a receipt for my packages - lesson learned. I am now out my items AND my money. AWFUL SERVICE!!

Love using this place for my personal and business mailings. Sometimes I come in with a lot of letters to stamp and on multiple occasions they have sat down with me and helped me stamp away as we talk about the day! They have a very family welcoming feel and are extremely professional about their services. It is also wayyyy more convenient than the town post office.

My name is Chris and I am a law student.I needed an outline printed and bound for a law school exam. I emailed the outline to the store, and Jason had it professionally prepared for me in fifteen minutes.Previously, I had gone to FedEx Office to do this for my other law school assignments. There, it took them a couple hours to get it done and it cost me twice the price. After I got the assignment back from FedEx, the title font on the front page was incorrect.In summary, I will be coming back to Goin Postal for all my printing and binding needs. I went to this Goin Postal in Brentwood to have 12 documents notarized for the closing on a house we are selling in another state. The charge would have been $65, $10 for the first document and $5 for each additional document. Unfortunately their notary was not available that day, so we went to a UPS in Brentwood, who charged $12 for each document, for a total of $144. Ridiculous! If you need any documents notarized I recommend that you go to this Goin Postal and avoid UPS. In TN, a notary can charge any amount they choose.

Needed some 11x17 home plans printed out to use in a meeting. Was very last minute, but was able to get done quickly. Very friendly and saved the day for me.

Google needs to create a zero star average because that is all this place deserves! The customer service is inconsistent and the owner Jim is exceptionally rude! We could go to any postal office in Nashville but we choose this one . Also they are an independently owned franchise so our money goes straight to them. So, the fact that we’re choosing them over any postal service should allow us to have the best customer service possible. Also, they have the option to email labels to their email account and they’ll print them off for you for 25 cents. However Jim tried to charge 2 dollars for a service that was 25 cents yesterday claiming that we had to print it off ourselves and it’s a dollar “computer fee.” Well there wouldn’t be a computer fee if they printed it off like they did on Monday! I called and checked and the employee Walter even admitted that the print off fee is 25 cents unless the customer chooses to do it themselves. So why is that two employees are repeating the same price but the owner is over charging?! They are inconsistent and unprofessional. Several people have agreed how horrible their customer service is so expect more reviews to come :) :)

First visit was during pre Christmas chaos....great service, friendly and consultative ++. Just went back today, post Christmas as FedEx failed to deliver as paid for.....Goin Postal took care of refund as if they blew it, which they didnt. Wont go anywhere else for mail and shipping. Great.

Friendly staff went above & beyond! Got my packages shipped out the same day even though Fedex had already picked up. 17 hrs later, two packages were delivered to two different states. I will not be going back to the Post Office or Fedex store!

I wish I could given this place a ZERO.have been using this place for several months, over and over again the men in there especially Jim is rude, unfriendly and unpleasant. I’ve tried several times to strike up a friendly conversation or compliment them on the soft rock music they play. He keeps a stone face as if I’m not standing there speaking with him.Today I asked about a price increase on something I paid just the day before and he raise his voice at me as if I’m not allowed to ask a question. I Will NOT be using this place anymore. He obviously is a mean, bitter old man who needs a lesson in customer sevice.

This place is right next to my house, but sadly, I will not be stepping foot in here again. The owner has been rude before, but I come back for the convenience. Today was the last straw- I brought my packages in to ship through usps, labels attached (selling homeschool books at the end of our school year) and simply requested a weight check on my packages before sending them off. He did the first one with an attitude, at which point I offered to weigh them myself. He accused me of running a business, and said hes trying to run a business, and that Im trying to use his equipment for free. This is ridiculous. If his store offers USPS service, he should happily provide USPS service, even if he doesnt specifically receive money from each transaction. Offering USPS service is what brings in customers, so one must be willing to serve those customers through the services offered. I was in a hurry and didnt have the time or energy to defend myself, but drove down to the Nolensville post office instead. I will not be back.

Dropped off packages, they got lost in delivery to Buyers for up to two weeks after this has happened more than 3-occasions. I will not be taking my package is there anymore. I never had a problem here until they changed owners.

One star is being generous. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The man at the front desk appeared to be annoyed that I had disturbed him. I was in a sling, post surgery, and he saw I was struggling with the tape dispenser and didnt offer to help.

Jim is a real jerk. I needed help boxing two small gifts so I went there for help. When they told me it would be 12.95 to ship a candle in a small box I told him that was crazy especially since the candle wasn’t even that much! His immediate reply was “buy a more expensive candle then!” He wasn’t even laughing so he was serious. I mean, REALLY? Needless to say, I paid for the box and walked out. Will ship from post office. He will not get business from me.
