JLB has had an enormous positive impact on my psychology practice. In 2014 I got off of all managed care provider panels, and my referrals began to drop. Then, in 2016, I hired JLB to do a new website and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). My year by year referrals have been increasing ever since. By the end of 2019 my referrals had doubled. As a result, despite not being able to see patients in person and having to do all remote sessions due to the coronavirus, my practice has continued to grow. Mitch, Zach and the development web guys got me up quickly and responded to all messages the same day, what is super important when you are in panic mode regarding your site.I would recommend JLB to anyone as they have given me piece of mind regarding the whole process. Im in currently in the Ad-words program with them and will see how their knowledge leads to more clicks for me. I’m not one to post reviews (negative or positive) but I had such a horrible experience with JLB and its owner that feel I needed to leave this one for anyone considering doing business with this company and its owner.I have a few friends that have used JLB, which is the reason I decided to engage them for my business needs. However, after spending a considerable amount of money, compared to quotes I received from other companies, and over 7 months with sub-par results, I finally decided to pull the plug and go elsewhere to get done what they couldn’t. At that time, they had struggled to provide a print ready file for a business card. Each time I asked for obvious corrections, it would take days if not a week or more to get it done. The last file I received was of such poor resolution it would not print without issues. Ultimately, my printer recreated the card in a fraction of the time and for a fraction of the cost I was billed by JLB. When I contacted them about the invoice I didn’t feel I should have been charged due to the fact they had not delivered a usable file, the owner, Ken Royer immediately got involved. Instead of taking the opportunity to professionally and respectfully ask what my grievance was, he immediately made threats of law suits (over a $175 bill) and made highly unprofessional accusations about the way I must conduct business with others and made comments as to what my financial means and status is. None of which does he know anything about considering he’s never even met me. He never made a single attempt to address the issue with the print file and instead made more accusations about the integrity of the printing company I used, though he does not know what company I used. To this day, JLB has not deliver a usable print file despite the fact I paid the invoice. I believe the owner to be two faced with an elitist attitude by the way he treated me and my business.
