SUPER HONEST!!! Recently wondered if we should get the extended warranty. Toby Hill explained that its more appropriate for someone who gets their hearing aids wet or loses them. In most cases he can fix the problems so it wasnt pragmatic for our situation. Toby makes it easy for my 89-year old mother for years now! Shes happy with her comfortable, easy-to-use hearing aids and convenient phone app. Great explanations, easy to get appointment, upbeat and clear explanations. Some times people go to the doctor to get ear wax cleared and the drs office doesnt want to flush it unless youre completely compacted, but even a small amount of wax can affect a person with hearing aids. Toby removes her wax with such ease, makes our life easier. Highly recommended!

I always get a quick response and friendly efficient service. Last week one of my hearing aids was not working and they were able to fit me in for quick fix that very day.

We dont usually look forward to medical appointments, but I do look forward to meeting with Toby. He has been helping me for many years as my family got more frustrated with my hearing loss. I never feel like a cog in the wheel or that sense of can we finish this up, because you know he has other patients to see. Toby is a caring medical professional. Questions and concerns are not a hinderance or time-wasting for Toby. I always leave having all my questions answered and concerns addressed and a sense of being cared for. Staff is always really friendly and the specialist always makes the experience fun for my grandma. We come out if there with good vibes! Plus the location is super convenient t for us, overall great clinic.

I really appreciate and like these people. I got my first hearing aides and I can hear so great now. Wait time is minimal as is getting started with paperwork and first exam.

My first visit with Toby was about 7 years ago, and he told me they had no hearing aids that would help for the area of hearing that I had lost. Last year I returned because of my Tinnitus. Toby told me about a great hearing aid that would help with my hearing loss and provide masking sounds for my Tinnitus. It has been great. I can hear much better. The tinnitus is not gone, but the masking sounds give me more control over the tinnitus. Prior to the hearing aids I was also having problems being inside some buildings because of the echos. With these hearing aids I can use my cell phone to turn one off, preventing echos. Toby and his staff are fantastic. I have only had a problem with my hearing aids one time. Toby was out of town, but Keri showed me what I was doing wrong and 5 minutes later everything was good again.

Toby and staff strive to meet customer satisfaction. I was having problems with the resound LS962 and having to go back a few times to work out the bugs with my hearing aids, primarily with the right ear. Once corrected though I have complete confidence in the service he and his staff provide.

Caring approach to service

When I first went to Contra Costa Hearing Aid Center, I had no idea how much hearing lost I had.Toby Hill tested my hearing and fitted me with two hearning aids . He than programmed them to my IPhone. I have been so thankful,that I upgraded to the Resound digital .I love the convenience of the office being here in Brentwood.And the office staff is so helpful. I carry their business card with me, and when I find someone questioning whether to get there hearing checked, I hand them the card .Toby Hill and his staff are very caring . Take time In order to answer questions, and help . I do recommend Contra Costa Hearing Aid Center.
