We had a bad leak and thought we would need new gutters but Walter explained that they were still good and we just needed the flashing to be corrected. Premium Gutters installed gutters on May 22, 2021 for our Farmhouse in Southold, NY. Walter took the time to explain the process, installation work and offered choices on pitching the downspouts and for leaf gutter guards. Installation was done in a professional manner and he cleaned up and everything was in order. We did a final walk around the property. We had Walter come to provide an estimate and we were happy with the price. As a result he completed the job immediately. We were very pleased with the service provided. He replaced and installed a gutter on the back of our house which was three stories high. He also did me a favor by sealing an opening under the roof where birds were getting in and nesting. After tearing down some old gutters, the kind you get at HD or Lowes with the joints every 10 feet that always end up leaking I looked for a seamless gutter installer. I called Walter after all the rain we have had in the NY caused water to cascade over the gutters and leak thru the window. He arrived the next morning and cleaned the gutters and installed stainless steel gutter guards for less than half the price of the other quotes I received.
