Great service.I completely shattered my iPhone 7+ screen and was super hesitant getting it fixed not through apple but I needed fast service. It was done in 1 hour and only $109 and got a screen protector added for $19. Great price and everything is working great so far, volume and charging has been normal so far. (It’s been 1 day) would strongly recommend if needed a repair.

Chase, the visiting Manager from an east Tennessee store did a great job replacing the battery in my o phone. Personable and skilled. Unfortunately the store is apparently understaffed and it took longer than expected

I had my iPhone screen replaced here, realized after a few hours that the speaker was now not working. I brought my phone back to be fixed again. This time the speaker still wasnt working, and now the battery was over heating and my phone kept going into emergency shut off. Came back a 3rd time to have it fixed and was told that they didnt know what was wrong with it. I got a full refund for the screen repair ($120). I ended up having to buy a brand new phone. The employees were apologetic and polite, but I wont be back.

Service was not great and the iPhone 8 screen replacement was not acceptable but Ill concede to an average rating because the store manager did the right thing and took care of my issues. I just hope they improve their service and disclose the kind of screens they install going forward.

Battery replacement went well, but the screen protector was installed wrong. Two corners have bubbles under them. it was like this when I left the shop. Should have made him redo it.
