Ive tested here twice in 2020. Both times all staff members were courteous and polite, center was clean and followed all COVID-19 guidelines. I had a great experience.

The staff was professional, the testing facility was clean and quiet, and my testing experience was very positive.

I scheduled an ISC2 exam there recently -- one of the few places in the area that offer that particular certification-bodys exams. After reading the reviews, I was a tad hesitant of going to the testing center. However, Im not sure of the experience the other individuals had, but mine was amazing. I always get nervous before a test, and tend to show up early -- no problem, they got me in within 10 minutes of my arrival. The front-desk receptionist was super-friendly. The proctor walked me through everything that I needed to know, and the testing center was clean, quiet, and everything went smoothly. I was extremely impressed and any other certification exam that I can take there, I most certain will -- they do not offer all of them (at least Pearson Vue does not give you the option on a lot of other test).This was my 37th professional certification in 20 years in IT, and this testing center ranks easily in my Top 3!

My first impression of the lady at the front desk was that she gets easily irritated. During testing, the employees were laughing, talking loudly, and doing what we are instructed not to do. They were walking loudly, cleaning desks around me, and shutting off lights. My testing was in the afternoon; it was not late evening. After I passed my exam, the employee handed me the paper and said, lucky. If I could put negative stars, then I would.

I was sick and the lady was very rude with me told me I could not take my coughdops or Kleenex with me and told me I should have rescheduled atthe last minute

Very friendly staff and a very professional location to take a test!
