Team #5 did a wonderful thorough job! Our house looks great!Update as of 5/20Deceitful and LazyIt’s unfortunate that I had to update my previous post with a negative one but the quality has consistently and significantly gone downhill. Over the past few months, nearly every visit something was broken or damaged. This includes window blinds, makeup, and bathroom accessories- but what makes matters worse was that we were only informed about one of those instances at the time that they happened (window blinds). The others they either lied about and/or tried to cover up. The most egregious was when my wife’s $40 foundation was broken into tiny pieces, the maids attempted to clean it up but ended up making stains on our couch and 2 separate rugs (which my wife had to clean prior to having guests come over). Imagine that- cleaning after a cleaning service you paid for. What’s worse is that 1) they never told us even though we were present in the home and 2) when confronted they tried to blame it on our children (who were out of town with family). Then they finally fessed up. The manager quickly worked to rectify the situation and reimburse us for the damage which was good. Listen, accidents happen but this has been consistent with this service and we’ve never experienced that with any other cleaning service we had. In fact this is my first negative post ever on a cleaning service. Enter at your own peril. I write this now as we had to report a missing glass jar from the master bath that we presume was broken, cleaned up and thrown away (again accidents happen) but when glass is involved especially in a room where you’re most likely to barefoot, it’s common decency just to let the homeowner know and to look out for any pieces. We will never work with this service again.

Three young women zipped through my tiny apartment, cleaning from top to bottom, paying attention to detail, taking direction well and leaving everything clean and shiny. Will definitely use this service on a regular basis. Recommended.

The maids have cleaned my home for roughly 3 years now and have always done a good job. Most recently, Rosie’s team has cleaned my home and has done an excellent job… A thorough and deep cleaning of my home. Jenny, one of the supervisors, is always friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns for which I may have. I recommend their services.

The maids cleaning service is by far the best I’ve seen and used. Quick, on time service. Outstanding work, my house has not been this clean ever. When they were finished the house was brighter and just smelled clean. Amazing job setting up schedule to have them do this again.

The Maids team which was led by Carla, arrived exactly on time. They were focused, efficient and polite. Great first time experience!

In addition to so - so cleaning, erratic arrival times, leaving my home very disorganized and being very overpriced, I recently found a large quantity of valuable jewelry missing. The owner refused to take our call and left the matter to an underling who played dumb and promised to investigate and call back. Took many calls from us to get any response from the company. .. Referred the matter to the police.The Police Detective contacted The Maids franchise and interviewed the workers who had been in my house. ( The Maids send a changing cast of different workers each time they come so you dont get to know them ! ) Each one denied stealing the jewelry or having knowledge of the theft. Since I did not witness or film the theft, the Detective informed me that the jewelry was most likely pawned and melted down already and the law did not permit prosecution due to lack of witnesses. The Detective believed that a theft had occurred. No one else outside of the residents had been in the house and especially in the quiet back bedroom that had been cleaned, and where the jewelry was found to be missing . I am out a large quantity of valuable jewelry and cherished family heirlooms from my deceased mother !Dont hire these people if you want to feel safe in your own home.The Corporate headquarters that licenses this local franchise also refused responsibility for sending untrustworthy employees into my home and totally denied me any compensation ! You would think they would want to stand by the reputation they advertise but they dont !!

Use the maids every year and have never had a problem. They clean very well and the house has never looked better!

The service was good. But they broke my banister. The manager came to take a look, said hell fix it and 1 year later, its not replaced.I suggest taking a picture of your items before they get there.They have no integrity when it comes to keeping their word.
