I love this place. Not only do they perform excellent work, but they are willing to take on true custom projects, working with the customer to make sure they get every detail correct. They have done big and small projects for me and I have been very happy each time. Excellent customer service.

We had an 80 year old, vintage couch and arm chair (sentimentally important to us), a dressing table chair, eight dining room chair seats, and two smaller seats re-covered. We had been referred by a family friend. The workmanship was first class. It could not have been done better. The couch, arm chair, and dressing table chair were very complicated coverings. We could not be happier with the results. We would go back again. We will recommend them to anyone. We could not be happier with the results. Jeff and Amy run a fabulous business. Shellie was great to work with. A young woman there, Ms. Jessica Esteban, did an extraordinary job on her covering and finish work. Thank you from two pleased customers.

I work for a local dealership and was in a heck of a bind with a customer’s vehicle seat cover. We had replaced a release cable on the seat and while re-installing the seat cover, its zipper broke. I rushed to CSU to see if they could perform a miracle as I was rushed to get this job done. I was greeted by Brittany, who, along with Bob, understood my plight and new just what to do. I used Matthew Meisner for recaning and refurbishing an old rocker. Not only did he do a fantastic job in a timely manner at a reasonable price, but he turned out to be an historic buff who researched the origins of the rocker! I was delighted with his interest in this piece of furniture and the care with which he worked.

Brittany was an absolute life saver for me today!! My down pillows looked literally destroyed after I washed the pillow covers for my “washable” couch. Brittany and her team were able to re stuff them-using a special machine-back to looking truly as good new. I’ll always go to them for any upolostry needs and refer them to my friends. Incredibly helpful, kind, professional AND miracle workers for me🤗

I just have have to say that I had the BEST experience with Cool Springs Upholstery today. I was replacing some cushions in my sofa and was having trouble with one after several attempts. I brought the cushion to them to help me. Not every 5 minutes later, PERFECT!!!! I will be using them again for sure, hopefully for some reupholstering. Could not have been more satisfied with the custom convertible top fabricated by Darnell. After getting the job turned down at four other businesses Darnell was a pleasure to meet and his confidence in what he could do was reassuring.The final result is an old Mercedes that looks absolutely great and ready to roll! I brought my car in on May 28. I am late posting this review, but I feel it’s necessary. I had a few things fixed on my car. One in particular is that there was a piece inside the drivers’ side door that was coming loose. There were also two other plastic pieces that needed repair. The three things cost somewhere around $550. I paid and left my car for a few days. When I went to get my car, I was on my way to work. The guy said he inspected the car and would go over things with us, but I was in a hurry, so I left in my car and left my husband to speak with him since it’s my car and I already know the little quirks it has. My husband told me that the guy from CSU told him my window motor didn’t work, and he said he could fix it if we bring the car back and pay more. Apparently the guy detached the motor when fixing my door. Fortunately, I have a convertible and can hold down the middle button to roll down my windows, but this guy charged me $550, screwed something up, then wanted us to pay for him to fix what he messed up. I will never go back for him to fix his mistake, and I will never return to nor recommend Cool Springs Upholstery unless you want to be charged for their mistakes.

We had a set of couches that we loved and the fabric on them was just dated. We picked out fabric and sofa feet with the team and our couches look brand new!! The service was great and a fast turnaround!

I have worked with CSU on many many projects over the years. I could talk about all the completed projects I am completely satisfied with HOWEVER, What separates the men from the boys is what happens when things go wrong as they sometimes will. Custom upholstery can be tricky and the CSU team is at its best when the situation requires adaptation and thinking outside the proverbial box. In my opinion this is CSUs greatest asset to the community. Personal responsibility, commitment to excellence, and a can do attitude-- they have these qualities in spades. How do you stay #1 in Nashville for over 25 years? They have the formula.

Not a very good experience, I Dropped a leather motorcycle racing suit to be adjusted and I left after being told that it would be ready a little bit over a week later.... after I called on the day that I was supposed to pick it up I was told that nothing was done because I was supposed to pay upfront !!!!I was never told that the day I left it Otherwise I would’ve paid!! No big deal......this seems to be Very well established business so it’s not one very unsatisfied customer that will make a difference...My experience with customer service was also very very different from what I am used to......!!!!!
