Horrible claims department! The 24 hour number is NOT open 24 hours! They told me someone would be out to look at my car within 24 to 48 hours and NO ONE has yet..its been 3 days and I am still riding around with a dent in my car!!!! Sure they are cheap/affordable but they are a horrible insurance company when it comes to dealing with claims!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!! My car was vandalized on a FRIDAY, I have FULL COVERAGE and I could not even CONTACT the company until MONDAY!!!! Once I did contact them they transferred me ALL OVER their company. After waiting 6 hours to be contacted back to get the information for the person who will give me information on a rental (which is a totally different person from the first 6 you will speak to) I finally had to firmly ask a few times to be transferred to a live supervisor instead of the millionth voice mail box, she was a very rude disrespectful person who obviously did not care about my claims, issues, or me letting her know about my awful experience. On top of all of that, they dont even cover the rental. I got the smallest cheapest vehicle available and I am still paying out of pocket. along with my deductible to get my car back once it is ready. These are not even all the issues I dealt with having to deal with this insurance company.This was an awful, emotional experience and the insurance company I trusted my money, car and my family with really let me down. This is no comparison to geico, progressive, or any other company who makes sure their #1 goal is to serve their customer. We will be switching ASAP!!!! I am absolutely 100% totally disappointed in ALPHA vision. I also like how they dont associate their name with ALPHA on certain pages. NICE. WONDER WHY. Mind you I pay almost $500 PER MONTH for TWO (2) vehicles on full coverage. I expected WAAAAY more than being treated like crap for this much money.
