Dejuan is the best insurance agent I have ever had. I had a flat tire and as soon as I called road side assistance he had reached out to make sure I was ok. He is caring and it shows. Two weeks ago I got into a small fender bender and he called to see if he needed to come pick me up and take me to work! He then reached out to make sure I was able to find a place to do my repairs. Communication issues - calls are not returned the same day and sometimes not at all. The State Farm central customer service line also has issues. I cancelled my policy and still got charged the new (more expensive) monthly rate. They raised my rates after 6 months for no apparent reason - when I called about it, Buford didnt call me back. And now theyve charged me a monthly payment AFTER I cancelled the account. So...goodbye State Farm.
