Could not ask for a better insurance shopping experience. Nick shopped my existing coverage and found coverage that not only was more than 50 percent less but also covered my wife and her car as well.

I always feel unsure and ignorant in the world of insurance, but these folks have helped so much. My agent is Nick and he is 1) easy to talk to, 2) very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of insurance, and 3) great at explaining things in layman’s terms so I understand what’s going on, without making me feel stupid. He has found me better rates than I could have gotten looking up the few insurance companies I know, and has saved me hundreds of dollars. I cannot recommend enough.

I would say that this is a company that seeks the best coverage for their clients at the best price. Not only that but after being a client for several years, they reviewed my coverage and policies and came up with changes that increased my coverage and saved me about $800.00 per year immediately. Who else do you know who would give up the commission on that $800.00 just to do the best for their customer. This is the one and only experience like this Ive ever had. Great place to work

Couldnt get the online quick quote to work. Just gets stuck and doesnt go anywhere. Also the picture verification system just keeps cycling from cars,buses roads and never goes through.

Policy was never taken out on a set date (like they said). You cancel and they still take out another payment. They do not communicate with customers, insurance company we were going through stopped accepting claims in our state and they never told us.
