Just got a lift from this company this morning and I could not believe it when the driver went the opposite way of our destination.... To get us to our destination. Upon leaving the driveway, I let him know he went the wrong way. He insisted that he was taking us to our destination and, considering that he went the way that took twice as long (even after our objections), I was at a loss of how to express that it was messed up. I ended up asking if he usually takes passengers on the longest routes, and he replied that he takes them on the fastest route possible. I let him know that the way we wanted to go was definitely the faster route, and he went all the way around instead. He was definitely amused when he said, Well, Im sorryJeez.

It was late at night, Chris was there to save the day. He was very kind and talkative. I enjoyed the conversation we had. He was very positive!! I wouldn’t of gotten home if it wasn’t for him, I’m glad I called this service because he was so sweet, we laughed and he got me home fast as well. Definitely suggest riding with Chris. While they answered pretty fast they dont accept other city/town areas when theres no taxi available in the area. So sadly I dont think Ill be able to ever use this taxi as I live and work in two different towns/ cities.

Car messy smelt like cigarettes and the guy shot a nice snot rocket out of the car not very professional and unsanitary feeling.

Ran into this guy at an intersection in a residential area. I had the right of way to turn left but couldn’t get onto the street because he was in the middle due to cars parked. He got upset that I was waiting for him to go in order to make my turn. He refused to move out of the way so I finally turned onto the sidewalk area and he called me a “ding dong” and said I screw up drivers but not just following the right of way rules. He did not acknowledge, even after I brought to his attention, the fact that I now could not move until he did as there was a parked car in front of me, I was blocking the sidewalk, and he was blocking the road. Not awesome to be driving your company vehicle with no common sense and a bad attitude.

Very rude drivers, pricey. Tried to call for a ride and got it scheduled but then when it came time for the ride, never showed up. Called City Cab in Bremerton, and they were there to my rescue in five minutes and charged me way cheaper than these guys would have. Do yourself a favor and pass this one by, City Cab is so much better I recommend them. Also, apparently they ask passengers for sex.

I called in advance for a pick up and asked him to meet me in about 20 minutes. I got to my destination and when I was ready for pick up, I looked to see when I called and it had been about 25 minutes, and the taxi showed up right on time, exactly where I asked! The driver was friendly, personable, the car was clean, the route taken was the shortest available. He drove at a safe speed, no issues at all. It was $14 for about 5 miles, so it was totally worth it to avoid some circuitous and lengthy bus route. Very reliable taxi service for the first time Ive ever used it!

This one of the most pleasant taxi rides Ive had. The driver, Joe, was very nice and friendly and informative about the area. I would absolutely recommend him to all of my friends and family. It was a fabulous overall experience and I got to where I needed to go in perfect timing!

The first time I used this service, he gave me a time estimate of 20 minutes, then showed up 30 minutes later. The drive was fine and the car was clean, and he did reduce the bill by about 20% since he was late. I decided to try again a couple months later, and he was incredibly rude on the phone, then hung up on me. Looks like other people have good experiences, Im just not one of them.

Another reason I wont take cabs in KitSap County. After picking my sons up Downtown Bremerton, and started pulling out behind the white mini van, this clown came around the corner and cut me off. Even with my truck halfway in the lane. Never ever use this Cab company. I know I wont be.

Joe has always been available, replaceable, and on time at the drop of a hat. And Ive had some pretty wild experiences to decide and speak upon... where hes 110% service and 0% bs. Reliable and dependable...no matter hard far the distance. :)

I moved from Seattle to Bremerton yesterday. I am still working in Seattle until I find a job here, and dont have a car yet. Anyways, I needed a cab to the ferry this morning. I called over an hour before I needed to be there in case something went wrong (I have bad bad experiences with cabs in Seattle). Whoever I talked to was helpful and polite. They were a few minutes early to my house and got me to the ferry quickly, and the fare was less than I thought it would be. Safe to say this company is reliable and I will use them if I need a cab again.

Taxi service in Kitsap in impossible to find sometimes but Jess Express is always there for me. Safe, friendly drivers and they dont mind if I have the dog with me. What else could you ask for?

The WORST TAXI SERVICE....Now I understand that all taxi services have a minimum charge but if I am short a dollar, are you really going to deny a customer service? Like really come one!!! I dont usually ride with Jess Express but this is not the first time I have experienced their rudeness towards customers. It was around this time last year and my sister called asking what was their ETA. And the lady that answered the phone went off on my sister saying I dont know, I cant tell you. Instead of saying Right now I am a little busy I could call you back and let you know. I am with a customer. But she didnt, and she had upset my sister. So I called her back and gave her a piece of her own medicine. Moral of the story is that I WOULD NEVER CALL FOR A RIDE FROM JESS EXPRESS.

Coming home from visiting family, my son got stranded at the Bremerton Ferry Terminal with 5 bucks in his pocket during a rainstorm. Chris the driver stayed on the phone with me while we figured out how to get him safely back to his cousins house. 10 out of 10 in my book :)

I give Jess express zero stars. I only selected one because you have to. Completely unprofessional business and unprofessional drivers. Absolutely horrible and unsafe driving. I would not put my life in their hands with a ride on the open road. You are much better off walking.

For the year and a half Ive been here, Jess Express has never disappointed me and Joe knows all the details about the area.

The cars all smell like vomit and they are over priced. Also the dude needs to learn traffic laws. If someone is already turning but has to stop because of a pedestrian, you need to not cut them off. Even if they had a stop sign and you dont. You were going way to fast and didnt even check to see if someone was already in the intersection. Slow down and yield to cars and pedestrians.

My 7 year old grand-daughter was in the back seat of my SUV when this short, bald, overweight man with a white mustache, wearing a red wife beater, got out from behind the wheel of a Jess Express Taxi. He came rushing up to the window of my SUV in a threatening manner, screaming obscenities and flipping us off. We immediately locked our doors. We werent sure what his intentions were,. but his behavior was irrational and theres no way of knowing if someone has mental issues or are using drugs. Wasnt sure if he was going to try and break the window? This happened at the MidTown Market on 6th street. I definitely will NEVER use this cab service and will make sure our families, friends and neighbors know of our experience with the driver of this taxi. I would use extreme caution if you have this person as the driver of your taxi

I have been calling jess express for several reasons and let me say this I have tried all of Kitsap cab companys working at a bar I call for cab services frequently.jess express always has arrived earlier than expected witch is very convenient. The drivers are friendly the cars are nice and clean.But the best part is you can always count on a low flat rate.....I will continue to call Jess Express for all my taxi needs.

The cut me off and i honked then he flipped me off. i followed him to get the number and he rolled down his window and called me a F***ING C**T in front of my 7 year old son! I called the number and nobody would pick up i left a message and let them know i would be using social media to let the public know.
