They have not been honest regarding my stymulus.. they told me this whole u gave not received on everytime Ive asked until recently they said I have all three. They re refuse to release my check to me and instead insist to keep in there control. They only are only supposed to handle my ssi. What do I do?

A friend I gave a ride to tried to close out her account, the woman working in the office refused to provide an account statement or transaction history upon request during business hours. She stated that she had returned the check and remaining balance to Social Security. This is inside of 24 hours after my friend spoke to her on the telephone and the same woman stated she still had her last check in the office.

They are a non profit payees office I had them since 1998 when they where over in mannete and I only had issues with the person who no longer is the main person I have not had issues with them I have heard many people who come in they start yelling at the payees the payees have an obligation to the state and social security on how to budget your money they are not stealing your money people who have had issues with the business have been a problem be kind and considerate I do know the two well and they do not take to kind to rude and disrespectful people like any business they can turn you away which they have never done they have alot of clients and most of them I have seen and heard been disrespectful to the payees

I dont like them at all and I think there the worse payee services, I have every switched too in my life. They cant even call me back with I leave a Voice mail. Im so tried of there stuff that Im going back to my Normal payee were I can actually get my Money and not have to wait this long

I have been using Community Financial for over 4 years now. I have never had a problem accessing funds for my childrens welfare. They are open, honest, and personable.

They been decent except last november they didnt pay me what was left after paying my bills I guess they can clearly see That I didnt get my money or maybe they dont check their money records every month, They have alot of clients not to be checking each person gets they money.

How do I get my money

Turned in a pre-receipt for just over half of what was left in my payee account and asked for less than $10 on top of it, was denied and only given half of what was left which was insufficient and told to come back next week, by the bosss sole employee, his mother.
