This place is always booked so you better call for an appointment and its the reason that they do nails perfectly. It was my first time with them and they did an amazing job with my nails. I showed them a photo and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I was so happy. I have been receiving a LOT of compliments on my nails. My husband loved my nails too. Try to give credit where its due, but maybe they were having an off day. My 2 friends and I made appointments for 5pm, we were not gotten to until 45 mins after.The lady that did my nails was sweet, but she burned at least 3 of my fingers with the drill as she was rushing back and forth rather than one direction with the drill. I did like my nails, but I dont think the burning & stinging pain is worth it. Maybe in the future I will try them again but for now, I wont be back.

Brought my daughter here for her birthday and we both had a full set and she had a pedicure. They worked with us to give us an incredible experience and we left with beautiful nails and giant smiles!

The guy who did my nails did the drill and hurt 5 of my nails while filing them. Also, I moved my right arm to check my nanny camera on my phone. I didnt move my left arm at all and my cuticle got cut and somehow it was my fault. That was repeated again shortly after. My cuticle was bleeding and he continued that it didnt happen. Everything after that stung. Im not coming back.

Out of all the nail places Ive been... from chicago to san diego to here in bremerton... THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! I usually have to touch up my nail shape myself when I get them done at other places but these people did a perfect pink and white ombré stiletto nail. Also, as far as atmosphere, nail salons can be kind of draining for me to go to due to sensory overload but not here! This place is truly perfect and not overpriced at all. I wont be going anywhere else.

Sooo i went for a pedicure and man was it a pretty bad and rushed pedicure after we made an appointment 2 days prior. Made the appointment, got there 10 min prior but guess what, they didn’t see us until 30 min after out appointment. Atleast the female did a a but better than the male my friend had. They left specs of dead skin everywhere. When she said hey can you rehit these areas, he told her to take care of her feet better and to come back. Pretty lazy with the rock message and didn’t do well for the messages. They upcharged $5 for everything because they werent receiving enough tips. If they did a quality job, maybe they would have gotten a better tip 3 stars for how average the job the did out here.

They actually ask you what you want and listen without trying to change your mind. Every step they ask and make sure you are happy with how its going. Polite and accommodating. Never had a bad experience here and Ive been going here two years now.

I came in to get my nails fixed as they didn’t do what I asked for which was French tips and they gave me ombre both times when I showed them what I wanted they did it again. I was in there for 3 hours after I was in there yesterday, my fix up today took 3 hours, very unprofessional business need to rethink how they treat there paying customers.

Absolutely ther BEST PEDICURE EVER! ive had many pedicures in many places. This place had paraffin, sugar scrub and the best massage... also great massage chairs that dont pulverize you. Standard pricing and they did not rush on me. You must make an appointment. This guy is high demand! An artist.

They didn’t completely take off my gel polish and nicked my nail bed with the grinder tool. Asked for rounded nail tips and half are round and half are squared. It was a simple gel removal and manicure and they couldn’t do it right.

Ive been here 3 times all in hopes of having a nice design on my nails and EVERYTIME theyve put me with someone who does not know how to do it! I asked for simple painted hearts this time and asked in ADVANCE if he knew how to do it. He said yes and he could not! Just a waste of my time. I will not be coming back.

Took me and my girl go get are nails done here and they did such a good job they did everything they could to make sure I was going to like it and that that is what I wanted and if I didnt like it they would fix they actually took their time into doing it to make sure it was nice.

I had the deluxe pedicure and got a shellac fill in. Both techs were so concerned with my happiness and comfort. They were friendly and very helpful! We’re visiting from out of state and it makes me sad that I won’t get to go back! I would absolutely recommend this salon!

Absolutely terrible nail job. My nails were all different shapes and sizes. Not to mention, three of my nails broke completely off a few days after I got them done. Then my sister was crazy enough to go there after I told her about my experience and two of her nails broke a day after. I wouldnt suggest going in if theyre busy, they dont give much attention to detail if theyre in a rush. Dont know about if they arent rushed.

Each time I have gone, I get either a full set of acrylics or fill ins. Theyve always been very gentle, and even check to see if Im uncomfortable when theyre grinding/prepping the nails. And they come out AMAZING! I wish I had taken pics of my last set. Very professional, super sweet staff! I cant wait to go back and get a fresh set soon 💜

Used to be a good place to go, now its a hit or miss. Really depends on the person you get. Sometimes my nails are different shapes and sizes and they really bug me. Sometimes i love them. I wont be going back because i shouldnt have to file my nails at home to get the shape and size i want. After 3 years of business ill be going somewhere else.Also dont love the crooked nail.

During the pandemic this place has been very professional with their social distancing procedures. Services are always good but they do like you to make an appt. They close at 7pm and I went there at 6:10pm one day & they said they dont take appointments after 6pm. so plan ahead FYI :)

My new favorite shop❤️ I’m new in town (From Vegas) and I’m very picky on who does my nails because my fingers are so tiny, other shops I been to tend to always result in chips or the nail is crooked. This time I went to this shop and worked with Annie. Very nice, professional, and she made sure I was comfortable every step. I have been here twice now and I am consistently very happy with the results (I get a full set of nails). The staff is friendly and very kind. I have been to a lot of nail salons in this area, this is the only one where my nails stay on to get a fill, they are always very polite and make sure I like the nails at each step. They are very reasonable on price. I have gone about 6 times now and I recommend them to everyone.

I chose future nails for my first time getting acrylics because they have the highest rating out of all other nail places near me, but to be honest, they didn’t do what I asked for at all. I wanted pink faded to white coffin shaped nails and instead I got clear nails that were square shaped because of her putting this transparent pink gel polish that made my nails very thick. Definitely not worth $45 not going back.

I went and got my nails done today and was very disappointed. I will not be returning. My nails are different thicknesses and also there are bumps. A nail is suppose to be smooth and even. I also asked for square tip and they were not the same; every nail was a different shape.

In my 26 years of life, never had I gotten a pedicure. In town visiting friends and one suggested a group pedicure. Life changing experience. The staff here was friendly and the pedicure was amazing. Massage chair was also top notch. 10/10 would pedicure again.

Really disappointed in future nails in bremerton. not to be that person, but i just paid for a fill yesterday and the color was already scuffed and gross looking today, and they also ended up being a little too long. So i went in today to have them cut them down a little and fix the matte and they asked me to wait which i’m totally cool with!Then i waited. and waited. and waited. and finally after 40 minutes i was like.... how much longer and they told me that they forgot about me. They then got me into a table where she proceeded to file down my nails crooked as HELL, and finally when she got to the thumb she kept slipping and scraped the paint off. at this point i had been waiting for over an hour so i just told them to forget it and leave. i will be removing these later tonight and taking my business elsewhere. absolute waste of money.

I really wanted to like this place since it was rated so well. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by both the man and woman working. I had to wait a bit to get seated, not a problem. Finally got seated, was told to wait again, also not a problem. Workers played on phones and talked for a bit, filed down some of my nails, and then was told to wait..again. Okay..? The man and woman swapped between doing my nails throughout the process. I explained to the man who worked first that I had thin nails and to not file them down too far, and he was great about it. But then the woman switched, files my nails down more and made me sore (My hands were sore for four days...) I had asked for an acrylic French tip. The nail sizes chosen were not correct, they were too small, and one nail is not straight. Most nails have quite a few bubbles in them from overworking the solution and the nails have been “peeling” up since the day after I got them. Just disappointed..guess I will go to another place next time.

They have great customer service.When they are busy I suggest you to wait and make another appointment.They are really good at doing nails and stuff but when it’s busy they rush it.I went there when it was busy so I waited.After two hours of waiting i finally got seated, which wasn’t that big of a deal.They did my nails, once I got out of the place I noticed they didn’t fill my whole nail up, one of my nails looks like a half of nail. Also two days after I went there my nails were already coming off.They are really nice and they’re good when they aren’t busy but when they are.. not so much.The people there were kind and amazing though.

I got a regular mani/pedi and Vin was very attentive and made sure I was happy with everything all along the way. Four days later and my nails still look great, and my cuticles are not peeling like they sometimes do when care is not taken. I will definitely by back.

Then when I went to go check out they told me $30?? I was like what?? I was thinking the coffin shape was really extra bc I only came in for a regular filling turned out she was charging me for a gel polish and I was like that’s not that I asked for. I never usually write reviews, but I thought this needed to be addressed. I got a gel polish today. My gel polish came out very bumpy, I don’t even know how it’s possible, but I guess it is. But, what really got me was the dirty tools they used on me. One person went from me to another girl with dirty tools, I was so horrified, but didn’t leave because I hate confrontation. Their tools should have been sterilized after each person, but wasn’t... Their nail files were dirty and used. So, if y’all want fungus, this is the place to go...

I see Annie about every weeks for facial waxing. She is professional, excellent everytime. She does perfect shaping of my brows everytime. She is the only person that I trust to wax my face.

I’ve been here 4 times since July and every single time the staff is very polite. I’ve showed them pictures for reference and they have not only meet but exceeded what I was after. Thank you.

The last 2 times I went were not worth the money. I went today not very busy. I feel like I was still rushed, steps were skipped including filing and buffing my toenails . The times I have been here before were great but I really expect the same quality every time.

Not happy with the service! The job that was done was very rushed and once you sit down and get started they try and add $5 to everything even down to the length you want or the nail polish you want. I was told that if I didn’t like something about my nails during the visit to say something and when I did it wasn’t fixed! We went round and round about four times and nothing was resolved . Felt very less than during my visit and would not recommend this place. I chose this place because it had good reviews but unfortunately I didn’t have that experience here.

They do my eyebrows wonderful everytime, keep the fullness of them, the cost is right, and they do it in a fairly short amount of time. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed there for 4 years.

Went in today to get a deluxe pedicure and I left very disappointed. My nails were not deeply clean by removing all dead skin around my toes along with the cuticles. The person barely cut off any of the dead skin. It’s just a job done On the surface instead of a deep clean pedicure. When I asked if he could remove the dead callus from my heal he said he didn’t have anything to remove it with but yet the lady working next to him had a callus remover that works wonders and was used on me at my last visit. It wasn’t my first time there and my last experience was great and you go back to a place hoping to have the same great service. I don’t usually complain but I felt the need to say something and all the young lady at the front desk could say was “oh I’m sorry your not happy with the service” really that’s all you can say.

Will never go back. Went to get a mani pedi and the nail tech did a totally different color on my toes(they fixed it.) After he said hed be back to do my nails, after three different people working with me I was done. Very unhappy and would reconsider going here if I was you.

Great pedicure, awesome price! They have reclining massage chairs, personal shoulder massage and really clean up the calluses. Ill be back for sure!
