I made an appointment earlier when they were very busy. I showed up early and was taken in on time. Ms. Belinda cut my hair and she was friendly, light handed and cares for my hair the way it needs. I will bereturning for a color next weekend. The shop was clean and easy to spend time there. I will definitely be returning and happy to do so.

My haircut looks great and it took her less than 15 minutes. Definitely a solid place to go. Ill come back here when I want my hair cut again.

Friendly, done quickly after scheduling last minute, and she did a fantastic job.... And Im picky about my hair. I dont normally recommend chain salons unless its your only options, but I would return to this one purposefully.

Ive gone in there three times now and Ive had my hair messed up or botched 2 out of the 3 times. Very nice people but the quality is not good and trying to make an appointment is such a pain

This Super Cuts is located next to Fred Meyer and is a great hair salon.They do an excellent job with mens long hair styles.The staff is friendly and prompt, the place is neat, and they are reasonably priced.

First of all I want to say Belinda was great otherwise it would be one star. She gives a great cut and color. The negative, the place is disgustingly dirty, the walls have marks and dye all over them. Also I found the other staff there to be really rude towards Belinda not sure why but even when I called the girl answering the phone said youre just having straight color right because Belinda takes forever to do highlights. Dirtiest supercuts Ive ever been in. I also bought Paul Mitchell awapui must and I believe it was watered down as there was minimal smell. Anyone who buys this knows it smells wonderful. They have spray bottles with things written on it instead of using the products they sell.

The sign says walk ins welcome, after sitting inside for over 30 minutes with no other customers waiting I was asked if I had an appointment. I said no and was told that I would have to make an appointment for over an hour later if I wanted to get a haircut.

I appreciate this establishment and the staff that work there. I have had my haircut here every two weeks since 2015. Average haircut is $17, and I usually give a $5 tip.A nice feature is that you can go to their website and see how busy they are, how long the estimated wait time it, and then check in. This lets you out your place in line with out being in person. Typically I check in on line, show up, and only wait a few minutes before my hair cut. If need be, its a good place to check into, then shop at Fred Meyer while you wait, if you didnt check in online.I dont recall ever having a bad hair cut from this establishment. Everyone seems to be professional, friendly, and a good portion of their staff has been there for multiple years.Great Clips is in the same complex. They do a good job as well but they are more expensive and I dont like the setup/environment as well.Once a year they offer a card where you can buy haircuts in advance at half the rate, which I would recommend. They only have a limited number available.

I walked in to get my hair cut, wearing my mask. Lady at front desk (0900 hrs). She asked me for my phone number and verified who I was by reading back my name. She then scanned my face with a thermometer without asking first, got a temp reading and entered it into the computer (storage of medical records in an unsecure system without consent) and didnt even bother telling me what my temp was. This is a violation of HIPPA. Not to mention, I highly doubt she is qualified, medically to do what she did to begin with. I walked out after explaining that what she did was a violation of HIPPA. I will not use their services any longer.

These ladies are always spot on with customer service. Sometimes hard to get in for a cut but thats because theyve earned it

I was cared for by a young lady who was quite unprofessional. I mentioned a shampoo and with no response she wets my dirty hair with water. She asked what I would like and I carefully explained I needed my layers trimmed and about 2 off the back. She didnt want to touch my layers because I have somewhat fine hair even though this is what I wanted. She barely took anything off my hair. She trimmed not even an 1 off the top and length, never touched sides or blended my layers. In fact when I got home, I noticed my hair looks exactly as it did before I went in, actually it looked better before she touched it. She never even offered to blow dry my hair. She just rushed me out while calling in her next victim.

I got a hair trim by a stylist named Ty, and she was super cool and professional. Great conversation, great atmosphere, which you usually dont find in most salons. However, the other stylists really didnt seem to care about their job like Ty did. So if you end up going, ask for her, she did exactly what I wanted and Im going back just to see her. You should too.

Okay so I came here this past Monday and this was by far the 2nd worst Haircut I’ve ever had. This lady was nice and all but she did exactly what I told her NOT to do. I literally told her what not to do and she went ahead and did her own thing regardless of what I said. I wish I hadn’t paid for this haircut

I will never got here again. For 1 messed up my kids hair couldnt cut a straight line choppy all the way through. Then I told her I wanted my hair the same style Bob I had it long in the front shorter in the back. Its just growing out I want to upkeep it. She cut it so it was the same length in the front as the back then added laters I didnt ask for

The lady who cut my hair was incredibly rude, if I tried making a conversation shed have a 1 word answer. I thought the cut and style included a blow dry . I paid$ 50 for my haircut and blowout that I had to restraighten and that Im frankly am going to get a new haircut to even out the layers and she cut the layers so short that I have to cut my hair to Bob. I work cs but she was beyond terrible

$24 for an adult haircut? It takes max 30 min for a haircut, so your telling me that your services are worth $48 an hr? Dont waste your money here. They are the most expensive place in town.

I asked for a low fade and confirmed that 3 times with the barber before she started. She then proceeded to give me a high fade. They didnt even trim my neck completely. Worst haircut Ive gotten in a very long time.

Poor customer service. Barber without a customer avoided a phone call which made my barber answer the phone which made me wait in the chair for about 10-15 to get my haircut finished.

Place did not cut my hair the way i asked/wanted They refused to give me a refund for a haircut i was not happy with. I recommend avoiding this place if you can.

The WORST haircut ever in my life. Uneven and very unprofessional. Blew the cut hair in my face. and it only took 8 minutes.

Went here for years until one day my regular stylist was on work leave and needed someone else to cut my hair.This lady ended up being rude and denied cutting my hair without paying for a hair wash claiming I had to much gel in my hair (which wasnt true), This would supposedly cause her clippers to get ruined....Instead of paying for a wash, out of frustration, I drove all the way back home to wash my hair, came back and waited in line for another attempt at a haircut and then got turned down again, not to mention, embarrassed with others around listening.She still proceeded to claim I had gel in my hair when I didnt, even after taking the time to drive all the way home and back.Its been a good 10 or so years now since Ive gone there and the only reason the memories have got stirred up again is because my current stylist is now on leave and considered going somewhere else.However, it wont be here.Hopefully something has changed with this place. It was so ridiculous the last time. I felt I could have maybe sued them for something.

My husband and I came in last week and Janelle completely messed his hair up from uneven sides to just looking like complete crap ....but thanks to Ty shes amazing she fixed everything and did a color on myself she is perfect and should have a raise
