I consider this business and people family. Known them all since I was a kid. They will continue to be my ONLY appliance service and parts store. Thank you Brinkerhoffs for be so GREAT!

My mother made an appointment for a technician to come take a look at a vibrating washing machine. She provided the model number to the person who answered the phone. Two technicians arrived and charged $107 for ten minutes of their time to tell us there was absolutely nothing that could be done for the machine. They were already aware that parts were not available, stating that they had looked into it prior to coming to the house (based on the model number my mother provided.)A courtesy call would have been appreciated informing us that parts were not available for the machine, before coming to the house for ten minutes and telling us in person for the tidy sum of $107.As a son I should not have to be constantly vigilant that my 70-year-old mother wont be taken advantage of, but evidently thats the world we live in today. Brinkerhoffs should be ashamed for charging $107, knowing in advance nothing could be done for the machine.Edit: My father died recently and as a family we have been under an immense amount of sorrow and stress. It would have been nice to have a good experience with a trusted local business, especially given the circumstances, but all Brinkerhoffs provided was a feeling of being taken advantage of. Thanks for nothing.

Helpful - had the part great price

I work at a neighboring property, and when we needed some appliance repair, I wanted to go with a local business. I called the office, and asked the operator at the front desk for help setting them up in our system, pretty standard stuff. She literally said if I can get around to it. I never heard back from her. I would never recommend this business to anyone, I am surprised they have been around as long as they have. They should make an effort to clean up their garbage from the alley as well.

Our machine was in and out pretty quickly, luckily under warranty. Just wish the hours accommodated our schedule a little better

Called to see if they had the part I needed, they did, cant ask for more than that. Other places needed to order the part. I needed it that day glade Brinkerhoff is there.
