I’ve been coming here for a few month now. I also bring my 95 year old client . This place is very clean, we never have to wait . I use Alena. My client uses Jenifer. They both do such a good job giving us pedicures. They are great are cutting al the dead skin off around our nails, scrubbing our calluses & the massage at the end is the absolute best.

I am writing this review to educate people on the importance of being careful when getting a pedicure.On Saturday July 7th I came in for a pedicure and the lady that did my pedicure cut me on both sides of my left big toe (she cut me significantly because I felt the pain right away)You would think she would have apologized right away but she didn’t. It wasn’t until she noticed that I was upset that she said sorry and starting trying to complement the color I chose, which I found really ridiculous because she hadn’t said much to me since she began.I informed the lady in the front that I had been cut and I wanted to know how they sanitized the utensils they assured me that they take sanitation very serious.Unfortunately the next day my toe was inflamed and I was in pain. At work I was lipping and began to get concerned and scared. To make matters worst on Monday I woke up with the same pain and puss coming out of one of the cuts. Thankfully I went to my grandmothers house and she had me stick my foot in warm water with salt to clean the wound.I called the establishment and informed them of what had happened but was offered no apology. I asked to speak to the owner but was told she was unavailable, I left a message but have yet to hear from someone.It so upsetting that I was not told that getting a cut like that can lead to serious issue and you can look up the dangers of it. I would think if not for my safety for the their own protection that could have been more concerned about what happened.

Ill admit, the first couple reviews scared me a little, but I had a great experience at Cosmo. Alina was very gentle, asked me about everything she was doing to make sure it was what I wanted, and she did a great job on my nails. Ill be asking for her specifically when I go back.

I love this place. Very clean, professional technicians, reasonable prices, and the whole team is very nice. I drive to this location from South OC because I cant find a comparable place there. Ive never been disappointed, Ive been coming here over 7 years.

Im so happy about the entire experience with them! I looked up for a nail salon who knows how to do nail design and Im glad to find this place on Google Maps. They made my nails so pretty that I always cant stop to look at. Definitely the place to go for nails.

I love this place! Comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. I felt very welcome immediately upon stepping in. I find the prices to be affordable too (I get acrylics). Initially I thought theyd be pretty pricey but I was pleasantly surprised.

Came here for the first time 2 weeks ago & my acrylic gel is still holding up! Jennifer did my nails & eyebrows, did a wonderful job on them. They had exactly the color I have been wanting! I will definitely be making this my regular nail spot.*note:They only accept cash for tips so make sure you bring cash!

This is the second time I go to Cosmo Nail Bar in Brea. I have been dissatisfied both times. They rush through your nails and leave big gaps on the sides of nails without nail Polish. I decided to give them a secodn try. The lady left a big clump of nail polish on two of my finger nails, and the nails look deformed like I just poured nail polish on them and called it a day. The others look similar but not as bad. They were also left very opaque. Anyway, that’s it for me. I might as well let my 6 year old do my nails next time.

Worst place ever to get your eyebrows done!! The lady seriously sucks my eyebrows are perfect shape and she messed up my arch and everything seriously just dont get your eyebrows done there I didnt complain while I was there because I didnt want to cause a scene but just wanted people to know.

HORRIBLE!!!!! First time coming the 2 out of 4 girls there are RUDE!!! I asked for full set with gel. The girl didnt even file me nails properly!! She later coated my nails with the wrong gel-colored. By the 3rd nail she had colored I noticed and I told her. She kept saying yea yea yea, I fix she kept coloring with the wrong color. I told her I didnt want her to over coat my nails with the correct color as it would look bad. EXACTLY what I asked her NOT_TO_DO, she does. She coated my nails FIVE times to have look somewhat the color I initially asked for. I ended up with nails coated 6 times +the clear gel. They look THICK, like if an unexperianced person did my nails. I mean this place is not your cheapest nail place. I dont mind paying for my nails. If I want good nails I know I will pay $$$ but, when they are worst on doing nails than my 13 year old daughter. I take that back even my 13 year old daughter knows not to over-coat her nails. The lady gets up and yells she will not do my nails anymore. I am like FINE_LADY. I dont want you to continue doing a disgusting job on me anyways. The wanna-be manager comes and she starts giving me more B_S its like can they JUST ADMIT they did a horrible J.O.B!!!!! like please, just admit. IF you do and apologize for not listening I am even willing to pay full price and tip you. But, NO! later on as the girl sitting next to me agrees of the ugly job and tells them I kept telling the nail girl to not over-coat. She agrees the job is horrible she asks to give her another 30 minutes of my time to do a better job. Like, REALLYYYY you make be mad by denying your disgusting job and than wants me to give her more time. NO, LADY!!! I tell her I am paying for the material of the nails, but not the job. She priced the material at $28, like I am naive and not know that is the price of the full case of nails they buy. I say I am giving you $20 (I am still trying to pay something). She says, let me correct myself. She YELLS...NO!!! I am like here GO CHARGE, like i have more time to waste with you. Charge the $28...she is talking about me while I am standing in front of her in her native language. Like have manners and speak English. I am Hispanic and not even I do that, that is plain RUDE. I walk out as I am tired of dealing with them and leave my friend behind with my card to pay. My friend later says, she kept telling other customers I wanted a FREE JOB. REALLY lady, I wanted a FREE JOB. YOU should be ashamed of yourself speaking of your customers behind their backs. And still OVER_CHARGING people for bad jobs. Would I come here again? NO, thank you! ALL they have going here for themselves is the decor and wine selling (I wonder if they are even allowed or have a proper permit to to sell alcohol). Anyways- I am going off topic. I wouldnt go to a place where they wont admit when they are wrong and try to fix it, before they screw the job worst. I hope the manager or owner reads this and talks to their employees on proper customer service and pep talks to them about admitting and listen to the customer as soon as they voice that something is wrong.

So happy every time. I wont go anywhere else anymore.

Other reviews were right, this place is horrible, zero customer service, the lady who was doing my nails cut me and instead of just saying sorry and move on ( I didn’t even accuse her or complain), I just asked for a cotton to wipe the blood coming out so she says that you moved your finger !!!!! SERIOUSLY !!!! They do not deserve one star ...
