In this delightful plaza during my visits over time I found it to be clean, remodeled and well managed.Eyebrow beauty is close to Mothers Market, Lucilles and Chipotle. As of August 2020, temporarily closed due to Covid. This place is ok and reasonably priced. Service is ok. When it first opened they offered water, nice music, super helpful, as time passed I didn’t see that anymore. Most of the women here do a good job.

I love this place! I had to move for college and I was very nervous because it meant finding a new eyebrow place!! I read reviews and saw which places were local and found this one! I am so happy I did because its even better than my old one from back home! Love how detailed they are and how they cater to their customers! Could have better music choice though! Haha

I had never heard of threading till my daughter told me about it. I love it! Preeti is so gentle and explains the process as she is doing the procedure. It is a little painful at first, BUT NOTHING like WAXING. It also last longer than waxing. Eyebrow beauty is a cute shop and the staff is kind and fun to be with. I would suggest you try for yourself. I think you will be sold!

This was my first time here and customer service is definitely lacking. As soon as I entered I asked if they took walk-ins, card, and what the cost was. The lady answered my questions while she looked down at her phone. I told her I am used to waxing my eyebrows and didn’t have any knowledge of threading, I hoped she’d inform me of care instructions (like how to avoid breakouts, helpful topicals, if I should wait before swimming, etc.), but instead I felt like my questions were an inconvenience. I guess I can google it... Anyway, my eyebrows don’t suck, so that’s good. Overall average place. I may come back if I can’t find somewhere better.

Always A long wait, otherwise a decent job for a reasonable price

Really like the decor & cleanliness of this place. However, they are frequently understaffed--and frankly they do not Care. They only have 2 people threading answering phones and taking payments on a busy cinco De mayo.Then so many people in the sign in and one employee atarts taking her lunch- -which is finee-but no one else is there except a pregnant lady who is diligent but can only do so much. Dont think they really want customers. Left.

They do a decent job and are very fast here. My biggest complaint is the lack of respect for clients time. Ive had reservations here several times and they never start on time. When confronted about it, they are apologetic but...

Great staff and wonderful service. Its very clean and they are very fast.

We called earlier and they said they close at 7:45 and I waked in at 7:30 and they refused to do my brows.
