I love the energy and community here! Have tried other barre classes over the years but this is the most sustainable for me because of the focus on wellness and doing what works for you.

I love their new addition to the studio which is Spin. I was new to spin and less than two weeks I have improved so much. The class is so addicting that after taking one class I took another one the next day. They are only 45 minutes of your time and are totally worth it because you are getting a full body exercise. These instructors truly care about their customers by pushing them during class and making them work super hard. My stats have improved each class due to the instructors for pushing me past a limit I did not even know I had. I love this place and everyone else should really try it because being a spin addict is actually possible.

I was really impressed with how Tone Barre teaches their Spin classes. I really enjoyed how other guys were also in the class. The instructors helped push me by having me race against other people in the class. This is a great class to get a great work out in and to also compete against others. Competing against other really helped motivate me to improve on my scores and has helped me improve overall. My very first energy score from my first class was around 300 and I have already improved to 400 in the first week. I would highly recommend anyone to come try just one class. you will love it!

Tone barre is awesome and so much fun! The instructors really motivate you and help to make you work harder. The small movements done in the exercises are great at getting my body tight and ready for summer!

Tone Barre is an awesome experience and better than any other bar workouts Ive tried!Cute, clean and super friendly staff. (Its not super corporate/stuffy, owned by two awesome local former ballet dancers who love what they do.) The instructors pay attention and help to correct form. (I push myself very hard so this is important.) I am fairly athletic and had done HIIT training in the past. I am very pleased with the barre workouts and was surprised by the muscles that were sore after! I could tell I used Muscles that HIIT training doesnt workout. The more I go the better I am getting and seeing great results. I love when I do a move and my legs shake- shows that my muscle are changing.I also run outside and have found the stretching and strength training at barre to help my joints and muscles for running. Love this place and go as often as I can.

Great workout. Love the bikes and the atmosphere. Lighting sound system and big board are all great to keep you moving. Prices are really reasonable for beginner packages

Signed up for the trial month membership and knew after one class I was going to be a full time member. Classes are focused on individual muscles we tend to neglect. Shaky legs turn into stronger legs. The classes will never become easy because you will constantly push your body to the next level. Sit a little deeper, stand higher on your toes, squat a little lower, etc. Great instruction too. They walk around the room and make sure you are getting the most of your workout by making sure you are set in the right positions. A great workout environment. Not crowded and very clean. I’m only 5 classes in so far but feel an improvement already.

Love the early 4:15 classes, the baby friendly byob classes, the instructors are friendly and careful to keep you from injuring yourself. I hope they can bring cycling back to the Brea location soon. That would make for the ultimate exercise package😃 Telling all my friends!!!!
