The service is great. I travel through a lot of traffic to get my computer serviced here. Its definitely worth it. They saved me several times (different issues... recovering data from a corrupted external hard drive a year ago and most recently fixed my computers OS. And per my request added more storage to my computer). They are very reasonably priced for a wonderful service and trustworthy care. Highly highly recommend.

I never thought I would find someone close to home, who has what it takes to fix my computer. I searched Yelp and this was pretty much the only place that was open on Monday. I really did not want to give up my Gateway computer I just loved it and it wasnt that old. The place was close to home and easy to find so I would give them a try. My computer is just like the day I bought it now. They would call me to get permission to do things that needed to be done before they did it. They took their time to tell me exactly what needed to be replaced They are reasonably priced for what you get and more. very, very, friendly. They even showed me the parts they replaced to show me they werent scamming me. Very clean inside their business, I will use them again if I need a computer worked on. Next IT Solutions handled repair of my laptop in a very professional manner. The pricing wasnt cheap, but reasonable. In my case, I dropped off my laptop for service, but they can go to your home or business to perform the work as well. No appointment is required and in my experience they were able get started on my job that same day. I received a call saying it was ready for pickup the following day. I would definitely go back to them if I ever needed additional services.

Next IT & Computer Repair is incredible. Ive had so much trouble looking for a trustworthy and affordable computer repair shop. So many of the mom and pop shops seem shady and dirty wires everywhere, but Next IT is so clean and friendly and they fixed my laptop screen that broke when i dropped it and made it good as new in a week. Sent in for repairs, turned out to be a dead CPU and, because of its age, would need the mother board replaced as well. Part is on backorder so will take a few weeks. No big deal, I have a backup laptop that will keep me going.Then I get a voicemail that the location is closing this coming Monday, my PC is in many pieces and they’re not going to be able to complete the build in time and I have to come pick up my disassembled PC.A location closing is something that should be disclosed BEFORE any service is done, not two days before it’s going to happen.Only time I’ve been to these people, and it’s certainly going to be the last.

These guys did me a great job, even on an older computer

I had bought a new video card online, and my power supply at the time could barely handle it, I had tried another computer store near Washington Middle School, and they tried to charge me 50 $ for a used power supply. I found Larson, and they sold me the same power supply for 20 $. A very nice store, which I plan on returning to to buy parts or have them build a custom computer for me. Very nice service, very nice people.

I was looking for a local Data Recovery Company to try to save data on a ASUS laptop hard drive that wouldnt boot up. I looking on yelp for PC repair and data recovery companies and Next IT had great reviews, so I called and spoke to Justin about my issue. I decided to take the PC to them that day. I asked him to run diagnostics to find out why the PC wasnt booting up. They ran tests and determined that the Hard Drive was faulty. I asked if they could recover data off the hard drive and he said they could. It only took a few days, and I now have the data on an external hard drive. The PC was still under warranty I sent it back to ASUS for repair.I would highly recommend Next IT Solutions & Computer Repair to anyone looking for computer repair or data recovery. Justin and Josiah were really great to deal with, and the prices are fair. And the place is CLEAN! (Also, Josiah offered to help me get the old data back on my PC if I couldnt do it myself). Now Thats service!!

I went in the morning to receive an estimate for a D drive replacement. Josiah quoted me for parts and labor. He said he still needed to do a diagnostic and would call later in the afternoon. I received a call in the afternoon from someone other than Josiah. The price given to me for parts and labor had doubled. I went to pick up the computer and asked Josiah about the price difference. He explained that he was not responsible for pricing. I told him he should not be giving estimates, if he has no idea what he is quoting. I would have never left my computer for repair, if the price they gave me in the end was that initially. Josiah had an oh well attitude and said he wasnt responsible. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Next IT: Great for you and me!When I found out what my darling Billy was up to late nights on his computer, I about just fainted. Besides his moral erosion and depravity, he also managed to contract a technological flu: a virus on our familys desktop computer. Dirty dirty things started to spontaneously pop up everywhere no matter who used it. We decided enough was enough and rushed this demon-spawn to Next IT since they are within walking distance of our home.Its not an easy thing to walk in there and actually discuss these obscenities channeling through our family desktop. From the start, Josiah immediately dispelled any embarrassments and made me feel at ease. Turns out, its actually a common problem and we werent alone. We discussed some options and he assured me I would have my computer back within a few days at most. Turns out they can even put software on there to block bad websites from our children! Phew! Stress off my shoulders! Not to mention that their pricing is as competitive as their charm!A few days later I was back and they had the family desktop ready for me to pickup! Took it home, plugged her in, and the pop-ups had stopped! Our family desktop had finally been returned to purity, and now we could rest peacefully knowing our children were protected from such filth. *EDIT*Since they have been making a big fuss about my previous review and threatening to sew, I decided i would edit it. In the last review I decided to keep it plain and simple and just say that it died 5 time etc. Well, I guess i have to make it more clear now. What happened was I think 4 years ago he advertised a computer on facebook a computer for $300 or 350 Im not to sure because he only keeps the receipts for himself and doesnt give the customer one, but after about 6-7 months it crashed on me for the first time because of the power supply. Yes the seal was broken but the only thing added was an HD DVR which wouldnt really affect the power consumption as the computer didnt have a graphics card. After the first break down I decided to get a little $50 EVGA 210 and install it, which did fine and didnt affect the computer performance negatively. After that it broke down 3 more times from the power supply, and then the fourth time it was a dead motherboard, and this happened a week after the warranty ran out even though he would fix it for me anyways when it was the power. Due to it being the motherboard all of a sudden after the year warranty ran out seemed a bit weird but what ever. After that I needed money for a new computer so I took out the processor and noticed it was an AMD Phenom I when i remember the facebook post saying Phenom II, but again the customer doesnt get a receipt :/. Theres another post on yelp about a guy who got parts that were of lower quality then what he ordered but thats not my business. After a wrote my first review he called up my mom who he fixed a laptop for and said there was a $80 fee, not to mention my moms webcam didnt work after he fixed it when he really just installed a fresh windows 7 and forgot all of the hardware drivers. The End.
