I really was not happy with the help I received. I felt it was half effort given at best and they sold me some a.c. recharge and charged a core. When I brought the core back 5 min after purchase they didnt know who I was and couldnt help me with out the receipt witch was emailed to save paper. Ive had several of these visits now and think Im going to find another store that values my business more than this.

Good place to shop for your mechanicals needs but sometimes they have to order parts and it takes 2 -3 days

They consistently gave me the wrong parts that they said would fit my car. The manager fixed some of the issues but it didn’t keep me from having to make the long drive back-and-forth several times.

Very Rude, Not Problem Solvers, Order CancelledPlaced an order online and then called the store to have an individual I designate pick up the items, because I work as an EMT and am unable to get to the store today. The employee said absolutely not it’s not possible. Because he was extremely rude, I requested his name and he refused to provide his name. I then called corporate and they said it was allowed but up too the store manager. Corporate said with my prior history with the company it shouldn’t be a problem. Corporate called the store and the manager refused to allow me to designate an individual. On top of that the store manager refused to provide the corporate the employees name who I spoke with.O’Reilly was very helpful and took care of my order with no problem oh and they price match any competitors. I’ve been doing business online and in store with Auto Zone for 10 years and this may have made me an O’Reilly customer for life. I’ve had 3 orders and visits easily completed at O’Reilly in the last month I’d highly suggest going to them. It took 4 weeks to be issued a refund by Auto Zone. They stated they will be contacting the regional management team.

Most of the employee were very experienced,but they do have a lazy lady with an attitude.She will try her best not to help you for sake of having to actually do her job that shes there to get paid for.

Will never go to another Auto Zone. Staff rude not just one but all had something negative to contribute to the conversation. If I was broke down in the desert I would abandon my car than go to Auto Zone.

One of two parts store in town.

A few days ago I took in a battery to get charged I dropped it off at 3:30 pm .I went back 7pm the same day and the battery was still where I left it the assistant manager some heavy set guy that kept complaining how tired he was was no help he laughed and said if I wanted to I can leave it but wont be ready till next day .I drove to orileys got it charged up and ready to go
