Fees are WAY too high, and the fact that you cant cancel your application and do it online is rediculous.

This company is a total joke!! They sell you a protection plan when you file with them that supposably theyll help you out when you get audit and I just spoke to Teresa and tells me they help by faxing Ha! Ha! Ha! ( anyone can do that) and this woman has no idea what shes talking about or doing or common sense this place is a joke I will never do business with them again!! I dont recommend anyone to hire these people for extreme over priced fees and their horrible service!
