Quick Lane has serviced my personal car and my company vehicle. They did what they were susposed to do for the price they quoted. The manager Dave is very knowledgeable, a car guy and former mechanic. I recommend Quick Lane and Dave for any of your auto or truck service requirements.

Dave is great and he is very helpful. Also the other manager is great and helpful.

They did a quick tire change and service, but they broke my hubcap and tried to stick it back on like I wouldnt notice a chip in my wheel where it unclipped. Its been a few weeks and now my car is driving weird. Dont recommend. Make the drive to El Centro or just go to Walmart.

Extremely bad experience.They said $59.00 for an oil change. Although I thought it was a high price, I went ahead and agreed to it.After the service, they said it was going to be $100 because they needed to install a special filter. They said no matter where I went to, it would be the same.I showed them a receipt for my prior oil change somewhere else for $40. They had nothing to say other than they probably used cheaper oil. Never ever trust these shady businesses. Seriously, never again will I do business with these idiots.

After waiting nearly a month gathering funds to have them replace a water pump they managed to get it replaced in just a few short hours. After theyd replaced it Dave told me it might have a blown head gasket... the thing barely made it to Imperial, CA before over heating and billowing smoke into a gas station where it wouldnt start again. I called Dave back to see what could be done and he gave me a runaround with the I installed the part and its not my fault that didnt fix it lines I asked him how he sleeps at night. then i called for a tow they wanted almost $300 for about a 20 min tow and i couldnt afford it because Dave just took over $500 to not fix my car. Then backpacked as much of my belongings as I could carry so i could catch the last bus back to Niland so I could go get some rest. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I wish I could give these knuckleheads a -5 star rating.So. Called and talked to Dave (manager). Told him what I had, told him what I wanted done and told him I was driving 100 miles to make it happen. He said they could do it (FYI...Road Force Touch balance 37 Toyo RT tires, a machine they have). Arrived next AM to total negativity. No one wanted to do the job. Dave fed me one excuse after another. One of his employees told me that everyone is full of negativity. Now, keep in mind that Dave didnt even know what a Road Force Balancer was, didnt know what it could do and would have to defer to his employees. And this guy is the store manager. But he was quick to give me his background as a 30 year mechanic for a family ran business. I stood around and listened to him try to sell a set of tires to an offroad newbie. I just shook my head. I couldnt believe this was the manager of a tire store. Anyway, after multiple private meetings with his minions he came back and told me that not only did they not have the equipment to do the job, but his employees didnt trust themselves enough to get the job done. Im not BSing you...he told me that. He further told me that he had a managers meeting in El Centro to attend to, that he would get back to me in 24 hours, then left me standing there. 24 hours have come and gone. Apparently anyone qualifies for Quick Lane management. They should be beyond embarrassed!!Im flabbergasted. Honestly. I drove over 200 miles round trip for this. Unless you have no other choice in the matter I would unequivocally advise you to do your business elsewhere. Seriously, no one at this business has a freekin clue what theyre doing.

Charged me $120 for an oil change then went ahead and messed with the inside of my car ruined my AC filter and broke the fuse to my open my trunk. Dont come here unless you want your car destroyed.
