I was with them for over 40 years! Never had a problem till last year! One month my bill was over 400, then that very next month it was 157, then then next month after that it was back up to over 350! Nothing changed no wrecks no tickets nothing new! So why was my bill jumping up and down? We had to correct them several times! They kept saying we was wrong but when they called the main office over a lot of this the bill etc, we was ALWAYS RIGHT! They treated me seriously so poorly bad customer service too! The Asian man kept making us feel unwelcome. He wouldnt even call the main office to try to correct any of it! We had to wait 3 days for a call saying, guess what? Again! We was RIGHT! I went to geico because of this! Least i pay WAY WAY WAY LESS there then what i ever paid here! Better customer service too!

No people skills at all. They give quotes, get you to sign up then tell you the quote was a mistake and quickly demand more money without working with you. When it comes to new cars and mortgages, having insurance is required. I am now satisfied that they know this and use the misleading quotes as a business practice to drum up more clients.
