SHOP IS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. I CALLED THIS SHOP AND WHILE SPEAKING TO SOMEONE, THE OWNER WAS IN THE BACKGROUND YELLING AND SWEARING AT ME. THE GUY I WAS TALKING TO WAS APOLOGIZING BECAUSE OF IT. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. ABSOLUTLEY DISRESPECTFUL. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!

Thought he knew more than he did

Price gauged for the towing of my car, owner refused to help out in any way for the high, ridiculous price he charged to tow. Terribile customer service from the Owner, from one business man to another. There are plenty of fair, respectable towing companies to call who Will Not price gauge you. United towing is NOT one of them...

I’ve dealt with multiple tow companies. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Owner and workers will yell at you over the phone. Call someone else!
