Stopped in for a basic pedicure while visiting from out of state. Was very satisfied with the pedicure itself. Nail tech set a timer to ensure I got a full 5 minute foot and leg massage. Then, while my toes were drying, I was treated to a free chair massage. Very satisfied with my experience overall. Id definitely recommend them to anyone.

Sorry I have to give 2 stars just because they dont listen to what you want done and they always want me or someone else to get gel when you tell them you want acrylic .

This has been my go to place for summer pedicures for years. I am not sure what happened to the regular staff but there are all new people. I get gel on my toes $71.00, 3 weeks ago the same service $52.00. Never have I had anyone use a drill to remove my toenail polish. My toes still hurt. I had asked her numerous times to stop and she did not understand what I was saying. Although very clean I wont be returning.

I have been to all of the nail salons on branford Hill and this place is tops thats far as everything goes cleanliness they listen to you clean beautiful big good parking all the above I highly recommended and the price is great.....

I don’t know what changed but I will not be back after today. The nail polish would not dry. I waited an extra 30 minutes and barely touched the nail and it smudged like it had just been painted. This happened to three nails. When I got home and took the polish off I realized what a poor job she did with filing my nails and cleaning up the edges. There was all sorts of debris near the cuticle and the nails were unevenly filed.

Nails came out OK in a pinch but I’m definitely never going here again. I’m usually not super picky/ I don’t leave reviews but...Pros:1. Really clean, got me in quickly2. Comfortable chairs and lots of colors to choose fromCons:1. I asked for acrylic nails several times and they were really insistent on me getting the more expensive gel fill option. It’s fine I guess but wasn’t what I really wanted.2. Asked several times for her to round out my nails and told her I didn’t like square nails. When she made them square (after I kept asking her to make them rounder) she got really annoyed... I consider myself to be super polite so I was kind of taken aback.3. I asked for a matte finish. Again, several times. As she put the shiny top coat on she basically just nodded and kept affirming that I would get a matte topcoat. I had picked the color on her affirmation.Overall, I left pretty annoyed having spent $75 on a new set of nails (way above my normal price range) and hating how my hands looked... sorry for the bad review- maybe this place is better for other people but I’ll never go back.

I have only ever gotten a pedi from here but it is my go to place. The place is very clean, the staff is professional, and the prices are good.

First time there it was great but the second time my acrylics were lumpy and not what i asked for, they changed the shape and color i wanted

Went to get a pedicure and acrylic fill with gel polish on Friday July 26th 2019 for my vacation . First off they charged me $101. Never have I paid so much. Ridiculous pricing. The guy who did my pedicure was wonderful. The guy who did my nails was rude. As are most of the employees there. The woman (I’m assuming the owner) who sits at the first table kept giving me nasty looks. Maybe it wasn’t meant that way but it certainly wasn’t a welcoming smile. After 5 days 5 of my nails are chipped. After being charged $101 I would assume my nails would last. Will not be returning. Do not waste your money here. Total ripoff.

The worse Pedicure ever ! Honest to God $27.00 on the trash and they charging you $10.00 more for callus remove. It’s not about the money it’s about how bad was the pedicure. I don’t remember this place at all. And I wouldn’t never go back again.

I go every 2 weeks to get my nails done and they’re always done beautifully! Everyone is really nice. In addition, I’ve accompanied some of the residents who live in the assisted living community where I work and the Pretty Nails staff are all so kind and patient with them. Thank you!

The pedicure was amazing and prices were not out of line with other spas. Plus they have a customer rewards program.

I barely give anyone a bad review unless I felt uncomfortable and wasn’t totally satisfied.When I walked in I told the ladies at the front I wanted a full set. She asked if gel or UV gel. I told her I wanted gel. When I sat down for some reason the guy working on my nails thought I was coming in for a manicure. He kept pointing out that my nails where short and laughing about it amongst his coworkers. Because my nails where really short. I had to literally tell him that I have anxiety which is why I bite my finger nails and he should stop laughing. I tell the guy I told the ladies in the front that I wanted fullset acrylic and they said I never said that. Which I clearly did. Turns out that guy can’t do acrylic so some other guy named Kevin had to do them. I got charged $5 more because I got them short. I’ve never heard of such nonsense. Most places charge more if they are Longer. The girl next to me wasn’t going to tip which I understand some nail techs do deserve a tip and it’s courteous. But they took it to the next step. They literally all kept talking amongst each other to the lady tech that she hadn’t tipped. At the door they stopped her and asked her if she was going to tip or not. Not right!! A tip isn’t required that then made me feel uncomfortable. Last but not least!!!! They had a little girl of theirs and I understand it can be a family business and they wanted to bring her a long and that’s no problem. But when it gets to the point that the little girl wouldn’t leave my son alone even after he told her nicely to leave him alone. At some point the little girl started pulling my son by the coat and pulling him around and hitting him because he wouldn’t pay attention. Now I raised my son to never hit a girl so all he did was just look at the girls mom and telling the girl to please stop. Meanwhile the mom would just stare at my son thinking he was going to hit her!!! I don’t understand why parents don’t put a stop to their kids even if they are 2 or 3!!! Eventually I had to pull my son out the situation and leave as fast as I could. This was he worst experience I’ve ever experienced! I would not go back and soo not worth the amount of money I paid!!!

Multiple horrible experiences ! It’s a shame myself as well as many relatives and friends have experienced sub par service. They did have 1-2 manicurists who did an excellent job but now that they are no longer there it’s just a repeative bad experience. If you ever book an appointment don’t set your schedule by that as they are always late and overbooked. They do not know how to apply or shape UV gel, they file nails crooked, the UV gel is thick and caked on, certain nail polishes seem bad as the color doesn’t stick or cover or the color clumps to the ends of your nails. And the worst part about it all is if you have the nerve to say something about your issues for the service you just paid $$ for they blame the mistake on the customer but certainly offer to fix it if you pay them more money . If they couldn’t get the job done in the first place why would I pay them again to make it worse . Either they are clueless or are trying to increase their profits. And if you think any of this seems to effect the owner I highly doubt it as she is the rudest and most untrained employee there .

I would not even give one star . Definitely a horrible experience. Went in for a regular pedicure and when I tell you the guy was done in fifteen minutes. I could have done a better job. My heels look horrible and nails all uneven. Then to top it off it came to $26 and change and I was given back one five and four singles but they argue with me saying no they gave me two five . They looked at the camera and the camera shows him taking two bills from the fives and three singles but the bill under the top five was a single not a five. All the employees stood at the front desk looking and talking in Chinese like it was a hundred dollar bill or something. Because they were still saying they gave me two five I wasnt going to argue all day over $5.00 I will never go there ever again . Alot of people told me they werent​a good nail salon but I gave them the benefit or doubt and definitely should have listened cause they suck. My mom also got a manicure and they did a horrible job on her also her cuticles werent cut she has all skin still there. Absolutely horrible. Definitely two thumbs DOWN!!!!!!!!

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING GOING TO THIS SALON. I never usually write reviews for places like this but recently I got my nails done here and I was very disappointed. I was not even able to call and schedule an appointment due to their phone not working. So I walked in to make an appointment and I must admit the place is very nice looking inside, it looked overall like a great salon but dont let that fool you. The front desk lady was very rude. Another customer had come in aswell after I did to tell them their phone was not working and I said the same thing. Well anyways this lady had the nerve to tell us that our phones must be not working because theirs was fine. So rude. So later in the day I went back for my scheduled appointment and the place wasnt packed at all, it was actually dead inside. Anyways heres why Ill never be coming back to this salon again:1.) My nails were filed down completely untill they were see through and paper thin. Im not sure why she had to file them so much, Ive been to many other salons to get acrylics and never have I had this happen before... my nails are litteraly to this day still ruined and paper thin so they break so easily now and are even soar to the touch!2.) The lady doing my nails was clearly rushing. She didnt even bother to say a word to me except to ask me to pay halfway through the process.3.) This lady cut my cuticles and fingers four times in four different places! My fingers were bleeding because she kept cutting my cuticles with an electric nail filer. She didnt even bother to say sorry and completely ignored it even though there were clearly cuts bleeding right in front her that she caused.4.) The nail polishes I picked out were so old that they didnt even work and because of that, all I kept getting told was to spend an extra 20$ on their gel polish, ( wouldve been almost 80 dollars) and not only from the lady doing my nails but 3 other workers kept telling me to buy it aswell which is not only annoying but ridiculous. When a customer says they dont want something you shouldnt just go on and on trying to get them to still buy something!5.) The hand massage and towel were very fast and rushed, she didnt even bother to do anything with my cuticles and none of my hangnails were cut off. It looked very unprofessional and messy. Honestly I couldve done a better job myself.6.) The actual acrylic nails were so uneven, crooked, thick, bulky, and unatural looking. Without a doubt not worth my 60 dollars for a 30 minute if even appointment.7.)My nails looked terrible and lasted about a week before popping off!I do not recommend this place at all. There are much much better nail salons to go to with actual good services and workers. Youll get what you pay for instead of here.

My experience was horrible they were too slow. the gentleman (Kevin)that was taking care of me was extremely aggressive he also didn’t know what he was doing; left my nails terribly looking. I left right away, I didn’t even have them paint them because of how bad the shape. my sister’s were horrible as well. hers were horribly shaped terrible polish never will go back again

Don’t get your nails by the old lady who seems to own the shop. She is always screaming while she’s doing your nails and doesn’t pay attention and hurt your fingers. Bad service.

Went there twice both times polish came off my toes next day first time didnt have time to go back second time I did go back lady was basically saying I didnt get my toes done there until I pointed out the girl who did them ..told her this was not first time didnt seem to Care. Well got a gift certificate on my birthday so sad to say i returned a 3rd time told them about my issues last time assured me it will be fine ...well next day polish off Again horrible place will not return
