I worked with Josh today, he was very knowledgeable of the products, and extremely patient. He knew I was on my way in, he had the phone, several case choices, chargers, screen protectors, everything you would need ready before I got there. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had with Verizon. There was also a young woman working, she was also extremely helpful and very friendly, I wish I had gotten her name.

I wa Im over a 1000 miles away from home and having trouble with my phone. I tried for 2 days to get to fix it myself but I couldnt. I went to Verizon in Branford and Josh helped me and in 5 minutes he had my problem worked out and really saved me a lot of trouble. He was super nice and helpful. I bought a case while I was there and forgot to take it with me. Josh called me to tell me that I left it there. If I could give Josh 6 stars I would.. Serious asset to the company company.

When I entered the store I was greeted right away and there was no wait time either. I wasnt hounded like in other phone stores Ive been in. I was left to browse around and anytime I had a question they were right there to help me. Social distancing was being done and I can tell they keep the store clean because after customers left they sprayed/wiped items down. Great Job to everyone that works there.

Tyler was so helpful with the ordeal I had to go through. He helped me get my new phone all set up and also let me know that I did not currently have the teachers discount. When that ended up being a chore to set up, he helped me out with everything. He even made an extra call to help me out with it. I walked away happy with everything I needed. Businesses need more employees like Tyler.

My old iPhone stopped working on a work phone call earlier today. Went in hoping I would be able to get an upgrade and have my phone ready for work the next day. Yesterday I was frantic because I left my phone on the bus coming home from work. I ran to the Branford Verizon store before they closed and Tainisha helped reassure me that my photos and memories could be retrieved through the cloud. The next day I met with her once they were open and she helped me get a new phone I was eligible for. She made a very chaotic experience calming and easier than I had anticipated and for that I am extremely grateful for not only her customer service but also for her patience and kindness. Went to see Lucas specifically after seeing all the reviews saying how good he was, and I have to say he lives up to them . Went to get a phone and sadly wasn’t in stock so Lucas was able to get an order in for me . Also was even able to save me $10 a month by helping me set up auto pay which I had been trying to do through customer service but was getting the run around . Fantastic experience with Lucas . He definitely lives up to the stellar reviews of him and his work . Hope he doesn’t go anywhere any time soon, because I definitely will be dealing with him and only him for me and my family’s Verizon needs . Thanks Lucas !!

Purchased a phone today from Lucas . It was an absolutely pleasure and easy experience. Even with swollen checks, since he explained he just had his wisdom teeth out Friday he was very helpful and answered all my questions and made sure I left confident in how to use my new phone . He was even able to find promos on my account I didn’t even know about and save me money I didn’t plan on saving . I highly recommend seeing Lucas in Branford was best phone buying experience I’ve ever had .

Let me start off by saying I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store . I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy to this store . I went to this store after seeing high reviews . But to my surprise the person for why the reviews no longer works there . I went looking for the lucas I saw on like every review and he is no longer there . The employees that are their are rude and know nothing about there job . I chose to goto the East haven store and let me say was a more pleasurable experience they were knowledgeable and even set up my phone without charging me a $30 fee and they threw in a case ! Avoid Branford at all costs seems the staff that use to be good has all left . It’s a shame that a company sees good staff as expendable and didn’t keep anyone good .

Just saw Lucas this morning because I dropped my phone this morning and it stopped working and I went in on my lunch break and he was able to transfer everything and get me set up and running again with time to spare . I called the store Friday night around 4pm. I spoke to Lucas. I was looking for an iPhone 11 and he said he had one and would hold it for me. I asked him if he can get me in and out before 5. I walked in and he greeted me and had already accessed my account and was ready to start. He helped me restore most of the important apps I needed as well as my pictures and contacts. I can’t wait to go back and have him assist with my other upgrades. Thank you Lucas.

Just went into the store an hour ago and there was about a line of 10 customers . And I asked most of them and they said they have been waiting over half hour if not longer . And when I asked the rep who said his name was Lucas if he was alone he said yes . How can you run a store with only one working rep . I will be going to north haven since they staff more . Lucas was trying his best I give him that cause he was running around literally helping 4 customers at once trying to get line down . But he was only one man so I give him props but it was a shame . They need to staff the store more . I didn’t buy anything I walked out I won’t support this store .

Just saw Lucas today to upgrade my phone and I highly recommend going to see him specifically! It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a phone . Few years ago I was talked into getting an Android cause the salesperson sweet talked me at a different store . So I decided to give Branford a shot and a saw Lucas and he put me into a new iPhone 11 cause he saw I had iPads and had iPhone before and knew it be best fit for me and he was able to get everything off my android phone and even setup my email and installed my case . Thanks again Lucas ! Was a pleasurable experience, will definitely be returning to see Lucas specifically to upgrade my kids and wifes phone when they are due .

I was having trouble getting a feature turned off on my iPhone. The Verizon Representative worked on it for awhile to access what was wrong. He called in to Verizon Support and eventually found the issue. I had been trying to fix it for weeks but, could never locate the source of the issue. Juan in the Branford Store worked his magic and it is finally fixed! I’m thrilled.

Had my phone stolen and had a replacement shipped to me and I was have a lot of trouble getting it set up with my number and all that . I went in and saw Lucas and he made it easy and did it all for me even when we ran into an error he called customer service for me and talked to them and got it all fixed . I left with my replacement phone with my stuff all back on it . Was an absolute pleasure working with Lucas . I’ll definitely be recommending friends and family to see him . Was a real life saver, because I’m not great with phones .

I was assisted by both sales reps at different times. The service they provided was quick, helpful and courteous.

I have been a customer with them for 20 years and have been very satisfied.Last month I added 2 more phone numbers to the account with Mike. He was very helpful and courteous.Next thing I saw, all my notices from Verizon came to me in Spanish (I do not read or speak Spanish). I called Verizon and they said they corrected the problem. I still kept getting Spanish notices and bill. I contacted tech support at Verizon and they said they corrected it again. I STILL kept getting the messages and bill in Spanish.I went back to Mike at TCC, Branford and he tried to correct the problem but couldnt. He contacted Verizon tech support from the store, and they made the correction again. Apparently a glich in their system that would revert back to Spanish.I very much appreciate the patience and courtesy with which they took care of the problem.

I could not have asked for a better Verizon salesperson than Juan. He was very helpful, answered all my questions, worked very efficiently and got me “in and out”...in great timing! It was a pleasure.

Came in few days ago to upgrade my phone that was having issues, and I dealt with Lucas and he was able to recover all of my stuff off of my phone which I thought wasn’t possible . And was even able to trade in my old phone in its current condition to help lower cost in store . Was pleasant experience and he was very knowledgeable on current phones and deals. Tried to go there last night at 6:55pm. Store hours showed them open until 8pm. The man behind the counter saw me pull into the parking lot, and walked quickly up to the front to lock the door.Easy choice to never ever give them my business.

Some reviewers here are right and honest about their reviews and the free tablet. I mean it has nothing to do with this specific store. But it has to do with the entire Verizon Commercial policy and Marketing or whatever they call it. They dont take time to tell you what to expect with the so-called free-tablet. All they tell you up front, is oh the tablet is free when in fact it is not. Thats a scam and they should really think about it and change or they will surely loose customers. Cause you dont have to force people to get something they dont want just for you to charge them monthly . You think $10 is nothing? It is Something and those tablets dont even cost that expensive. Why in the earth are you charging $10/monthly on a tablet when you cant use as a phone? Does it mean any sense to you???Im done here... Review your Marketing policy Verizon!!!!

Went in Sunday because my camera stopped working on my phone and I was due for upgrade . Was greeted by Lucas and he pulled up my account and explained different phone options for me and took time to explain all the promotions i was eligible so he could find me best deal . Lucas made whole process painless and easy I usually goto North Haven store but went to Branford store cause it’s closer and Lucas has now made me customer of Branford . If I could give this store a zero I would. You have 1 or 2 guys their that are really top notch in what they do. Friendly, Knowledgeable, Professional, Etc. But the rest are complete Morons, especially the African dude. If I knew his name I would be more than happy to be more specific, but since I dont his description will have to be suffice. That guy couldnt be any dumber if he tried. Every time I go their his arrogance gets in the way of helping anyone. I then have to take the long ride to North Haven just to get simple things corrected, which they do an instant. This guy must be a corporate store reject and thats why he has no choice but to work at a TCC Verizon retailer. But damn it, can someone do something about this idiot he constantly costs me time and energy, even when I avoid him like the plague he will butt in and influence the other workers that work their to do a lousy job. Absolutely the worst Cell phone Service rep I have ever encountered in my life.

Ive visited this location many times over the years and was always impressed with how knowledgeable and courteous the staff is. This was demonstrated several weeks ago when I purchased a new phone. Ive since stopped by twice to ask questions and both times was greeted by the same sullen employee who acted as if it was an inconvenience to speak with me. He doesnt wear a name tag so unfortunately I cant state who this miserable guy is.

Always one rep working when I go in . I have been seeing Lukas for years and every time I go in he’s always the only one working no matter the time of day . I’ve bought multiple phones from him in past cause I do enjoy working with him but I feel bad you can see how exhausted and frustrated he is when he’s alone with a packed store so I no longer want to give this store my business . I do hope he realizes his worth and leaves this company cause no employee deserves to be treated this way .

Lucas and Harley are the best. I recently had a problem transferring data from an Iphone 5 to an Iphone 6 that I received as a Christmas present and they were able to help me. The next day I was having a problem with the messages not displaying on my cars dashboard and Lucas took the time to go outside and reset my cars information to accomplish this. He could have very easily told me to go to the dealer but he took the time to help me out. It was appreciated very much................... Ron V.

Been running around all day trying to get my phone fixed. I showed up 20 minutes before close and the guy still took care of me. With Wireless carriers it 99% being stuck between a rock and hard place, but atleast this locations service was great. I wish I had asked his name for a shout out.

Went into the store a few days ago with my iPhone that wasn’t turning on since i drop it and destroyed the screen and I was worried I would loose all my data but my salesman Lucas assured me he would do everything in his power to try to find as much of my data as possible, and he did just that he was able to recover my data from my old backup . And get it on to my brand new iPhone that he recommended, and walked me thru using it since it was a little different then my old phone . If you need to make a purchase I highly recommend Lucas, he was very patient and helpful . I use to always goto the North Haven Verizon store for my phone needs but after my great experience in Branford I will always return to see Lucas. Great experience!

Payed bill there many times and told not in my records. They asked for proof of receipts but told by store didnt need th em bc electronically in system. Also told not due for any upgrades when 2 of my lines were. They are very rude and nasty as well. Never go there again.JUST FOUND OUT BY CALLING VERIZON THIS STORE NOT RUN BY VERIZON AND NO AUTHORIZED TO TAKE PAYMENTS Although they except them. Do NOT go there to pay your bill!!!
