Paul Davis was there for us!We experienced a devastating pipe burst in the winter of 2021 at our home in Shoreline CT. Paul Davis helped us get through the initial stages with deep 24-hour availability and attention. The Paul Davis remediation supervisor Joseph D (Joe) ensured the water damage was triaged as soon as possible leaving us with a house ready for reconstruction. During the entire process Joe made himself available day and night and no question was too trivial for his attention. As we moved into the reconstruction phase we spent time with Paul Davis restoration associate Jeremy L who was amazing at providing us with a detailed estimate and patiently fielding all of our questions and concerns. Our homeowners insurance company equally reported positive, seamless interactions and cooperation from Paul Davis to assess and process our insurance claim.

I have had Paul Davis work on my house. Their workers were professional and the job was done completely to our expectations. I loved their work so much when two other family members needed work done I referred them to Paul Davis and they also were very happy with all the work done.

Paul Davis was part of an insurance claim for a leak in our house. The mitigation portion of the process was fine and the crew were very responsive. The restoration portion of the business was very poor. Our repairs were during a pandemic, with that said however, the straight forward job took almost an entire year, had a hard time finding a sub-contractor to do the job for what they quoted and then the one we ended up with was just horrible with almost no professional aptitude (FYI- it was Jame Salls roofing and remodel so you know to stay away from them). Most things were redone twice or more and we had to serve as on site foreman or it would have been even worse. Stairs were damaged, repiars made with damaged material and left as if there was no problem, workers were drunk/drinking on the job, sometimes would show and sometimes not with no communication, no tradesman, workers with little technical experience and were mostly learning on the job...this experience goes on in detail but needless to say we were devastated that we trusted these professionals with putting our home back together with pride and respect. When paul davis was asked to intervene they said they could not control the sub-contractor, and this applies to complaints about professional behavior as well. So the company may be fine for mitigation, however fair warning on trusting the restoration side with your business and home.

We hired Paul Davis Restoration of New Haven to do some disinfecting throughout our industrial production facility on 2 occasions within a few weeks of each other. Jason and his crew were incredibly responsive, professional and thorough in the jobs that they did. They even called to revise the quoted price on the second job when their crew were more efficient than the original estimate on time. You cant beat that dedication to customer relations or service. We will happily hire again.

We called Paul Davis Restoration of New Haven very early on a Sunday morning after waking up to a major flood throughout our entire finished basement. Their Technicians arrived within two hours and had things under control by the end of the day. We worked directly with Project Managers Mike and Jason who impressed us from the beginning with their communication and attention to detail. They also helped us navigate the insurance claims process and worked directly with our insurance adjuster to that end. Needless to say that we highly recommend their services should you find yourself in a situation like ours.

These guys did great work on my home in difficult circumstances, ended up putting a floor tile in that wasnt safe for the direct sunlight in the sunroom and redid all the work with a different product at no extra cost. Mike was great to work with and even visited me at my job to help me pick out a product. Would definitely recommend!

I had a water leak that destroyed the finished portion of our basement. After the cleanup, Allstate recommended Paul Davis. They did a great job on the basement, it looks as good as new! The only problem I had was the length of time it took to get this job done, but that was a communication issue between PD and Allstate. Once that was figured out, everything went smoothly. The team that came out was very professional and left everything spotless!

Everyone was very professional and punctual. They were also very accommodating to my schedule and got the work done. The attention to every detail was amazing. they took the pictures of all the furniture including a small plant pot and put those back as they were.

I had a pipe that leaked in my house. That day I contacted my insurance company who contcted Paul David. The next day I had someone at my house to evaluate the work that needed to be done. I had to have my entire living room gutted and redone. Paul Davis is an amazing job and quickly. I would definetly use them in the future for any work needed on my house.

They are a terrible restoration company. There crews and staff are disorganized. They don’t care about pleasing the customer. I would recommend using another company besides this one. All they care about is making money and that’s it. The crew was very rude and had no idea about what they were doing and talking about. Seems to me they had no experience at all. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!

Paul Davis Restoration of New Haven, CT responded immediately after my contacting my insurance provider. They assessed the situation of raw sewage entering the finished lower level of my home. Within an hour a crew arrived and began remediation, containment and air cleansing of the house. They quickly removed damaged, contaminated items and set up barriers to prevent further contamination. next came surveys and measurements done swiftly and accurately and forwarded to the insurer immediately so the restoration process could begin.Throughout the entire remediation (including unknown asbestos tile), preparation and restoration/construction process I was constantly kept aware of each steps requirements, crew arrival times and status. Jason is a man of his word. My job was not an insurance job, but rather mitigating an unfathomable amount of nicotine and tar damage from a chain-smoker of 35 years.Neither my wife nor I smoke, so any odor, or presents of cigarette chemicals would be unacceptable for the home we are to live in. I discussed the paramount importance of a detailed and thorough clean-up of every surface in the house. They had to clean every surface multiple times to get it to the point it was as clean as it possible could be without gutting the place. It was more work than either of us thought but he honored his price (probably at a loss), and his commitment.

Everyone that I spoke with or that entered my home was very respectful and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions no matter how small. They always made sure everything was safe and clean when they left. Paul Davis helped with my insurance company, without their assistance I wouldve been lost.
