I had my first visit with this practice today. It was a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hygienist was very kind and did a great job while letting me know what she was doing every step of the way. Dr. Dessereaux was great. I’ll be following up with him to address a situation that I have. He seems to have come up with a great solution for me. I’m so pleased with this practice. I highly recommend them!!

The dentists and staff here are top notch. Dr. Dessereaux is knowledgeable and friendly. He filled my cavity with little to no pain in less than 10 minutes! I highly recommend this practice.

Newer to the area I was looking for a new dentist for my son. After his first visit, my son said Dr. Dessereaux was great! He felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

New client to the dental practice. My teeth was cleaned by Melissa. She was very gentle and kind. Spoke to Lee, who answered all my question. Dr Dessereaux did a great job listening to me about my teeth goals and was able to formulate a dental plan. Keeping in mind the current state of my teeth. I wanted to find a new dentist because I was unhappy with previous dentist. He was not very socialable and every time I left that office the side of my mouth had to heal from his Ungentle approach. I took a chance with this dentist and I am very happy. I have had much work done and all without any issues at all. All the staff are very accommodating and they all listen. Very rare. I go for a dental cleaning right now every 3 months and she is wonderful. I have a lot of sensitivity and that is always taken into account and I have never felt any discomfort. Kathy at the front desk is friendly and makes you feel veryComfortable and welcomed. Love them all.

My dentist had retired and it was a while since I had a cleaning, so I set out to find a new dentist I was recommended to New Haven Dental by my sister. So I gave them a call I had to cancel a couple of times but by the time I got there and met Melissa I knew I was in good hands. Even though it was a while since I had a cleaning she was very gentle and very professional I felt comfortable and had no pain whatsoever. I will be part of their dental family from now on

New Patient. I went to aspen dental and they quoted me 1600 dollars for all this unnecessary work, I’m currently unemployed, just picked up dental insurance that’s basic. Aspen wanted two different cleanings that my insurance wouldn’t cover. New Haven Dental group did a much needed cleaning and another cleaning was not necessary. Aspen told me that I had 8 cavities however that’s the not case here. I was told I only have two cavities. Everyone is very friendly and the wait was less than 2 minutes. I waited a half hour at Aspen! Thank you!

Treatments are effective and well done! The dentists and staff are competent and caring. A clean and safe facility. Good reminder system with helpful and kind staff.

This was my first visit to NHDG, and I was quite impressed. I was a little hesitant on going because of COVID but once I arrived the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, they made me feel very comfortable and safe. Melissa was my hygienist and she was AWESOME!! Overall a great experience!

First time at New Haven dental located at Branford ! Felt very welcomed, the staffs were really welcoming and informative! The lady dentist Janice if I got the name right 😅, was very friendly, informative and made me feel comfortable during the treatment ..Went for a regular cleaning which I had not done for a while and now I am very happy with the results I see, definitely would recommend !!! 10/10 from me !!!

This place is #1 in my book. Kathy and Lee at the frontdesk are wonderful people who do everything they can to take care of the patients and make people feel at ease. The group of dentists and hygienists are all so friendly and respectful. The office is covid-19 spacious, with a waiting area inside so no need to wait in your vehicle for your appointment. I cant say enough how superb the staff at this location are. Personally I have done a very bad job taking care of my teeth through the years and I do not feel anyone here passes judgement on me. Most people feel apprehensive about seeing the dentist, but truly no need to feel that way here!

New Haven Dental Group Branford Office is a great place! Excellent dental work. Doctors and Staff are wonderful.

After living in FL for 24 years, and having a personal relationship with the staff there, I didnt think it could happen again. But coming to this office, I think I have found it. The staff was great and welcoming. Best of all, a great report for these tired old teeth(whats left!).

I have been a patient of New Haven Dental for decades. Dr. Gibson, Dr. Plactyna and Dr. Clutier are professional, knowledgeable and phenomenal craftsman, representing the dental industry to its finest. My mother worked as a dental hygienist for them for decades as well. New Haven Dental performs my routine cleanings as well as my emergency dental work. I use them as key references for other oral medical treatment. Their office staff is courteous, professional and friendly. My immediate and peripheral family use New Haven Dental for these very same reasons. I highly recommend them!

I was very apprehensive to schedule an appointment with a new dentist office since its been a while since my last visit but Im so happy and content that I learned about New Haven Dental. It seems that this practice only employs the absolute best professionals:At the front desk, Kathy is kind, cheerful, and accommodating; my hygienist, Karyn, instead of making me feel bad for not going to the dentist often, was gentle and encouraging all the while doing a great job; Dr Cloutier and his assistant Wendy made a usually unpleasant tooth filling an easy and comfortable experience. Had a great experience at the Branford location with Dr. Jay. Had a tooth extracted and he explained the procedure and was very compassionate, very skilled and excellent at his profession. It was extracted in no time with no complications. I was in so much pain prior to the visit and he made me feel calm.Also love watching the bird feeder right outside the window of the dental chair. And even the Ocean pictures on the wall l loved.His assistant Mary Ellen was great, with me all the way. I was referred to the Branford office from the Hamden,CT. Office,which also has a great staff like the Branford location.Thank you Dr. Cloutier for being on call prior to my visit and to Dr. Kevin OBrien for his referral to Dr.Jay. To Andrea in Hamden for forwarding my referral and calling Branford to let them know l was on my way. I hope I got your name correct. And thank you Dr. Jay for taking me at the last minute when I was in such pain for 24hours prior. So incredibly respectful and professional. They are worth the drive I have to take (45 minutes from home) and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Warning! - I received an infection after a routine teeth cleaning from this office. It took almost three weeks to fully heal. On top of everything they tried to bill me over 100 dollars for returning to get the infection looked at. I ended up having to visit my primary doctor who helped cure the infection after the dentists recommendation did not work.

Coming to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do but my first visit here was great! Everyone is so friendly and the hygeniest Jamie was so wonderful. Best dental practice Ive ever been to and I was not coerced into saying that. Lol! I truly mean it.
