BEWARE. The 2.7 rating is way too high for this place!!! If it were 0 it would be too high!! EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!! Save yourself the trouble and go down the road to the professional Lucy! You won’t be disappointed!!!

I dropped off a $250 comforter with specific instructions to be careful that it didn’t shrink in the batting didn’t get messed up and when I picked it up it is a wrinkled mess and it will not lay flat. Very disappointed

Ive been going to Branford Cleaners for 10 years now, and Ive never had a problem. Theyre friendly, theyre quick, their prices are reasonable, and they do a great job. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

This should sound familiar to the owner. Brought in my expensive leather jacket to be cleaned. Argumentative store clerk tells me it is policy they do not tell you what the price to clean leather garments are because they differ in price. She continued to say when the wholesale leather cleaner picks up items from Branford Cleaners they will immediately call me to tell me the price. This didnt happen. I had to call to see how much and they quoted me the price was $10.00 more then a cleaner down the street so I said no thank you. I called Hudson (the wholesale company that cleans the leather for many area retail cleaners) and they told me their retailers, like Branford Cleaners, should have set prices on leather for their customers. A week later when I picked up my leather jacket (not cleaned) I told the same store clerk Im done meaning I am never coming back to do business with a dry cleaner is disorganized, unprofessional, has higher prices, and the help really could care less if you come back or not. If you cant properly run one location what makes you think you can run a second location? One of the worst experiences with a dry cleaner in my entire life. My suggestion is go somewhere else!

For years I have driven 12 miles to get to Branford Cleaners. They always do a spectacular job. Every time Ive tried someone else closer to me, Ive been disappointed. Theyre worth the trip!

This Dry cleaners are thieves. I brought my dresses in for alterations, want I wanted to be done on the my dresses were not done.And the charge me $75 .I will never recommend them. Please look elsewhere.

Put more stains on my girlfriends uniform,then made her late to clean up their mess for thirty dollars! Very non professional staff and owner took no interest in complaint,very sad,!
