Had a window blow out during the last storm, called them to get a price for 1 window to be replaced. They tried to upsell me multiple times on replacing every window in my entire house, when I was very direct that this was a replacement because of storm damage and there isnt anything wrong with the rest of them. They tried to upsell me again when they called to confirm my appointment. The guy shows up on time so points there, but then says ohh if your not buying at least 3 windows the price is ridiculous his words not mine, though I do agree fully that $2600 for 1 window that is 30x54 is completely ludicrous. Now I would understand if they told me over the phone we dont take small jobs but WHY would they book the appointment and waste my time and my wifes because they wanted us BOTH present (which of course is a precursor to a slimy 80s sales tactic)

Very impressed and happy with not only the new windows, but with the service and professionalism of the folks at Renewal by Anderson. Joe, Billy and Sean were superb. Joe came out first to present us with the options for new windows on our three-season porch. He talked about a red-carpet treatment which sounded a little over the top, but it really was a red carpet treatment. Billy and Sean did an outstanding job with the install of the windows and the trim work around the windows inside and outside. I was not home when they did the install (my wife was), I was confident Renewal by Anderson would take care of everything and make the process as seamless as possible for my wife. I was really impressed with how the installers were able to integrate the windows into the older porch - the trim looks great great from the inside and outside. The communication was excellent from start to finish. You might pay a little more for Anderson windows, but like most things in life, you really get what you pay for. Very happy with the Renewal by Anderson product and process. They have great customer service skills, professionalism and a great product. Love the new windows we got from Renewal by Anderson. Thanks so much to Cliff, Gary and Angel for their jobs explaining everything about them to us and then installing them very fast. They look awesome! We had colonial style windows with eight panels on top and bottom (natural wood colored) and were looking for an updated look since those were about 50 years old - so we went for the prairie style on the top sash with nothing on the bottom (white colored). We took a small gamble but we love the results. It opens up the dining room and lets a bunch of light in. Plan to do more business with these guys in the future. Highly recommend!

Had a sliding glass door installed. The door itself seems very nice, but they did not provide the same size trim as they removed. So basically the wall around the trim is unfinished and looks terrible.I have complained and they are looking into what they can do for me. I will update this review when I get resolution on that.

We had a picture window installed by Walter from Renewal By Andersen. We were quite impressed by his professionalism. He started by explaining everything he was going to do, along with his setup procedures, with laying down protection covering around the window and along the floor. He then carefully removed the old and replaced a wonderful looking window and was careful with all detail work.We are well pleased with his work and will ask for Walter on our next purchase. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable but it was a dog and pony show. The prices were exorbitant. I was quoted $13900 for 8 windows.

Had a new 6 foot slider and gliding triple kitchen window installed in December. Initial install was functionally perfect, much warmer in winter and cooler in summer but the finish work on the trim inside and out was sub par. I reported issue and they were very responsive and best of all had Bob Collins perform superior top quality rework . He redid inside wood trim better than I had expected and outside aluminum trim is now perfect. Now I am DELIGHTED. Glad I went with Anderson. I know in future if I have any issue I am all set.

Bill McNeil, Lead Installer arrived at our home early on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 and set to work placing protective coverings on our white carpeting and rugs. He worked hard and efficiently all day in the hot sun to replace the windows in our living room and family room. He cleaned the new windows and vacuumed the carpeting at the conclusion of the day. All windows were installed in perfect condition and Bill helped us put the drapes and shades up before he left. What a fabulous job he did. He is an asset to the company. Seth Conway and crew were great to work with. Some issues were encountered with our new patio door that prevented it from being installed and the old door having to be re-installed. During the process Seth and his team were very professional and when the correct door arrives, I will look forward to having them perform the install again.

Overall customer service was excellent. On-site service providers Marcelo and Chris were excellent. Craftsmanship, customer service, pride in the service they provided. Left everything cleaner than when they got here. Overall an excellent experience and looking forward to using them again.

They where efficient but took the time to make sure every detail was right. His team would not leave until they knew I was 100% satisfied. My experience with Renewal by Andersen was a positive pleasant experience from beginning to end. The woman in the office was so helpful and pleasant. It is so rare to actually talk to a human. I have had two projects done by Renewal by Anderson and I am VERY happy with both. It was necessary to wait a few weeks to replace the siding as it was difficult to match the original. The crew arrived on time and had Bay window installed by end of the day. I have spent 30+years in the construction industry, and know true craftsmen when I see them. We just had Mike Masse and his crew at our house to install a very large picture window. They arrived on time, came prepared, set up very professionally making sure we were OK where they were working. They had to remove a very old window and install the new one. They were very careful when working both inside and out. The new window looks great. Upon leaving they did a great job cleaning up and made sure to ask if everything was to our satisfaction. Fred Peterson was agreeable, proficient and professional. Moreover, he went beyond the call of duty. He arrived at my home to replace a lift lock for my 3-year old window. When that was completed, I mentioned to him that my home has 30-year old Andersen Windows throughout and that they worked wonderfully. Then I remembered that I did have difficulty opening one of them. Let me take a look, he offered. He gave it a thorough exam, went back to his truck to get a tool, and succeeded in diagnosing the problem--paint on the outside trim had seeped into the track. Not knowing what we wanted Cliff came in took one look went to his car and picked out a perfect match. We arranged to buy and planned our install.Of course to show how great these guys are it is January, cold snow coming in Bill McNeil lead installer arrives on Saturday morning at 7 am with his helper Frank. He said lets get one window in before the snow. He worked diligently to get that window installed. He then said I will be back tomorrow to finish the second window. True to his word at 10am Sunday morning they were back in 8 degree weather to complete the job. Perfectly done Bill made sure everything fit that it was complete ever complained about the cold or the 9 1/2 inches of snow we received the night before. Incredibly professional, quick and CLEAN! They even blew the driveway off! The only thing is that since my mother-in-law was there to sign off, they could have taped the purple Caution sign on the window or on top of the folder. We did not see it until after we opened the window.I love how they even put the furniture back!

Recently we had a new sliding glass door installed by Renewal by Anderson. The installation technician, Andrei Pozdnyakov was on time, promptly at 8:30. He did an excellent job of protecting the floors and walls of our home during the demolition process and installation of the new door. Following completion, he performed a complete clean up and vacuuming of the area to the extent there was no evidence he had ever been there. All the trim joints were tight and the trim reveals all uniform. Prior to leaving Andrei went over everything with my wife and myself so he could be assured we were 100% satisfied. A job well done by a craftsman and a first class company.

I got my windows installed in October 2015, and I must say they have been my best investment yet for my home! My salesman, Justin Sawchuk, was so professional, well informed and he really listened to exactly what I wanted the final outcome to be. I recently had a very large bow window and a sliding glass door replaced by Andersen windows. The team was professional from start to finish. The sales person was honest about which windows in our home actually needed replacement and which were still energy efficient, and thus, could wait. The windows arrived when promised. The scheduling process for the installation was easy; they reminded us of the appointment. The installation team called when they were on their way and arrived ON TIME both days. The installation team was awesome-they were extremely careful of our stonework (facade), plants, wood floors, and of our home in general. They even asked where we wanted them to park. The installation process went smoothly despite the fact this was a huge window...they paid close attention to the details of the installation process and clearly take great pride in their work. Mario Smarelli, the team lead, double checked to make sure that the details of the window trim color, hardware and features such as the direction that the window would open in were all to my specifications. The team did a great job of cleaning up both days-they didnt leave anything around. They took time to explain the features of the windows and locks and made sure those were to my specifications as well. This team did an amazing job and I couldnt be happier with the choice to use Andersen. The window and door look great and we already feel the difference in terms of energy efficiency. The company followed up on my problem, molding was changed and now I am totally satisfied. This company totally stand behind their products and makes sure the customer is satisfied. We had a big project just completed yesterday (12/30/15). 23 windows (including a huge picture window with 2 side double hung windows. Seth Conway and his installation team were tremendous! They were on time, meticulous in their work and did a great job in keeping the area clean. The weather conditions werent great but they stayed into the evenings to make sure the project was done on time and at the highest quality level. Their positive attitudes were great throughout the 3 days.Bottom line - we love our new windows! We immediately felt the difference. We highly recommend this company and their products.

We just has 23 windows installed by RBA. The installer, Bill McNeil, did a great job. The initial duration was estimated 3 days. Once the installation started, it was determined two additional days were needed due to the interior molding needed to be removed, adjusted/replaced and re-installed. Phone calls were made and the extra time was allotted, no problems.Bill and his crew arrived each day on time, took special care when working inside the house and cleaned-up every day.At the end of the job, the windows look great, the crew took the necessary time for a proper installation.

They noticed small scratches on two of the window frames and a small scratch on the inside glass on one window. They documented the scratches. The service department contacted me about the issues and set up a date to come in and replace the windows. Not fix replace the three windows. Bob from service arrived on time and was finished in about 30 minutes. He was very professional. If you choose any other company to replace your windows you have wasted your time and money. These have a lifetime warranty on the installation and their product.

Rick Freeman and his crew, which were a total of five people, did an excellent job taking out our old windows and putting in the new ones. They are a very professional team. They work hard and they know their job related business. It was a pleasure to have them working on our house for two days. They were courteous and answered all questions asked. Their workmanship was superb. This job was completed ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs replacement windows. We recently had 3 windows and a patio door replaced by Richard Lidberg and his crew. Richard was extremely pleasant, polite and very knowledgeable regarding the windows and door. The job was done in a timely manner, the work was perfect and they were so neat, you would never have known there was any work done. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

To say that I love my new windows would be an understatement. Jeremy and Eric arrived early this morning and worked tirelessly to complete the job. They were so professional and sweet it was an absolute pleasure. The workmanship is beyond compare. Yesterday was the first day of construction for my new window instillation. The two workers Big Rich and Brian were professional, friendly and left my home clean. The three windows, which were installed looked amazing.

Mike Masse and his crew showed up at my house early, about 8:20 this morning. We needed two large picture windows and four side windows replaced in our living room -- a big job. Wed didnt have to do anything to prepare except remove the curtains. Mike, Brian and Dennis moved all the furniture, laid down plastic and sealed off the room.They had the windows in, furniture back in place and everything cleaned up by 4 p.m.Mike and his crew were efficient, informative, polite and easy to work with. I give them five out of five stars.My experience with Renewal has been outstanding from start to finish. Yes, you pay more, but you get what you pay for. My big job was done in one day with minimal fuss and disruption. I strongly recommend them.

Very special thanks to Alex and his crew for a very timely and professional installation of our glass sliding door in our upstairs kitchen, and our large windows in our downstairs living room. We were originally told the installation was to last a day and a half, but they were able to complete the job in one day. I had a problem with a bay window that I had purchased from Renewal by Andersen back in 2009. I contacted the company, they sent out a technician, and the decision was made to replace the window at no cost to me. Last week, Bill McNeil, a lead installer, and his assistant, Sean, arrived (right on time), removed the old window, and replaced it with the new one. Bill and Sean explained what the problem had been with the old window and answered all my questions regarding the new installation. They were extremely knowledgeable, polite, hard-working, and filled with good humor. When they left, the area was spotless. I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them highly to anyone who is looking for skilled craftsmen.

Had 4 very large double hung and 2 smaller awning windows installed by Daniel G. Cusano of Renewal by Andersen of Southern Connecticut. “Today, for the first time in over 30 years, the exterior window washing in our living room did NOT involve going out on an 18” wide ledge. We continue to marvel at the design work that went into these particular windows. I wish EVERYTHING was as easy to clean. If the members of the design team that came up with this window are still around, please let them know that we were signing their praises this afternoon.” We love them so much, we are having more Andersen windows put in three more rooms in a few weeks! Measurements have been done now just awaiting custom manufacture. Expect heating and central air bills next year to drop!

Andrey Shevchuk and his team did a fantastic job of installing my new picture window. they placed drop cloths on the lawn and in the house prior to starting and cleaned up afterword. I would recommend this team for every job for Renewal by Andersen. they were very professional.

My windows were in pretty bad shape and I knew I needed to do something about them. I called Renewal by Andersen and set up an appointment with Hector Diaz. Hector showed up on time and explained all the details and answered all my questions regarding the new windows. After presenting the offer, he stepped outside and let my wife and I discuss in private, which was nice and not pushy. We opted to purchase the windows and were told it would be about 10-12 weeks before they were ready. I was pleasantly surprised when they were ready in about 7 weeks. The installer came out, who was very professional, and took care of the job and made sure we were happy throughout the process. Throughout the day, several Andersen salesmen showed up to check on the install and make sure all was going well. Hector showed up at the end of the day with a box of girl scout cookies and checked to make sure we were fully satisfied. I have recommended Renewal by Andersen to others and will definitely use them in the future!

Two days, seamless install! Thanks to Chris Bleau, Darda and Jason for my condo face lift. The windows are beautiful.**One problem.....there is no mention of Made in USA and the American Flag on your truck. We need to identify and support American Workers.

We recently replaced a 29 year old 6 foot sliding door. It was in very poor condition and there was wood rot in the framing. A representative came to the house to discuss replacement options. Jon did not pressure us at all. It was very low key. We were able to finance with no interest for one year. The pre-installer came out and was very pleasant and informative. On Monday morning, Josh and his crew showed up at 8:30. He again reviewed everything with me and got to work. They put protective drop cloths in the work areas. Whenever there was a clean up necessary they immediately used their shop vac to clean up. The new patio door is beautiful. I am so pleased and happy with the outcome. They you to everyone who had a part in this. I truly appreciate your help and professionalism. A job very well done!

Lets start with 5+ STARS. From start to finish our experience with Renewal By Anderson could not have been better! Our project was a new bay window set into a heavy shake shingle exterior. Although we expected a good quality product, it is only as good as people behind it and what we found to be superior craftsmen. Rick Roberts, from sales, clearly presented the product and process which flowed like clockwork. What could have been a sale and done, was not as he stopped at our house again on the first day of installation and left us comfortable to call him again for any future need.But we truly lucked out having Jeremy and Eric. They were not just installers but excellent craftsmen who treated our house like their own and put a lot of love into our project. They were on time, professional, and worked into the evening with miners lights, maximizing every minute. They left our home clean and picked up each day. We enjoyed them being here as they were so efficient together and an amazing team to watch. We believe this camaraderie was also reflected in the quality outcome.An original concern to us was the exterior appearance with the old shake shingles and how new and existing would be integrated to be seamless. Jeremy and Eric did a PERFECT job blending the new with old. Inside, we now own not just a new bay window but what looks like furniture in our large family room.
