Very helpful staff, nice waiting area. The technicians do great work.

I only brought my car in to fix the tail lights they proceeded to lift up the car and inspect everything except the actual wiring for 45 minutes especially considering that theyre charging me $150 an hour so that left me with only about 30 minutes for them to figure out what was going on with the lights they then gave up and told me that it was because of hanging wires which they could still not confirm. Waste of money and time do not go there unless you are well-off and wealthy and have plenty of time for those of us who are the ninety-nine percent, please do not waste your time and go to this wretched place because they will rip you off for your time and money

Premier is the best! My very long service visit today dealt with several important issues - on a 9 yr old car.My service guy (Martin) asked good questions, listened to my replies, and stayed with it, until well after several of Premiers other employees had said good night.You cant find a better service company - car dealership or other - anywhere near Branford CT!

I was truly underwhelmed by the lack of communication by my service advisor Cristal Bello. She began great. She texted me and let me know that was how she would communicate updates and my car would be ready in 2 days. On day 3 with no communication from Cristal I began to reach out. My car was ready and I had to rearrange my entire day to pick it up. On top of that she had an attitude towards me when I picked up the car because I told her I was not happy with the communication. The work on the car seems good. Its running.
