Our system went out Tuesday night and Star Environmental was called. They didn’t show up so they were called again yesterday afternoon. Still they were a no-show. This morning raw sewage was spilling so they were called again. They were here within an hour. The stench began a few days ago and makes it impossible to enjoy our screen room. They pooled sewage is flowing toward our retention pond. We have a Lot of wildlife, fish, mallards, muscovies, and turtles, in the pond.This is not the first time this has happened. They only show up multiple calls and after sewage spills out. The HOA spent thousands in the fall, it is now June, to replace the pump to prevent the spill from happening again. What a waste of time and money only to have the same thing happen again.
