Called Adam on a Sunday morning after our septic tank backed up overnight. He was on site in less than one hour. Not only was he professional, prompt, and friendly but his pricing for weekend emergency service was more than fair. Adam definitely went above and beyond to make sure our septic tank was cleaned correctly. We would highly recommend Adam and we will certainly be contacting him anytime his services are needed in the future. Great work!

It was late on a Saturday night when we noticed that our toilets would not flush & our septic tank needed to be pumped... started to call around and even though it was after 8pm, Adam answered the phone (no voice mail) and I explained to him what what happening and asked when he could possibly be able to fit us in to get our issue resolved.... he was at our house the next morning (on a Sunday). He was quick and professional and within about a half hour we were able to flush our toilets again. Thank you Adam, we REALLY appreciate your fast response!!!!!!

I called Adam’s Septic Service to put a septic system in. He was able to come by the same day to look at what I needed. He started work the next day and completed the job 3 days later. A hole got created in the front yard due to a partially collapsed septic tank. Im glad Adam was recommended to me to help me with the problem. He worked diligently, got the proper permits and took care of the problem in a timely matter. He communicated with me throughout the process and sent pictures to let me know of the progress. I highly recommend Adam for your septic needs and his prices are reasonable.

Waterline broke coming to house from street. Called made appointment for the next day. They called with approximate arrival time. Water line repaired. Very professional service. Pricing more than reasonable. Very satisfied with service. Would highly reccomend company.

This year I was forced to look for a new Septic company. The last person I had was in business for years and retired. After calling 3 companies that did not return my call, I started looking again. I look for local companies with hopefully some reviews. I called Adams Septic, local in the Brandon, Florida area, and they answered. The person took my information, offered to come on a Saturday (I did not need emergency service), but I opted for the next Wednesday morning. Adam showed up on time, and was very nice. He handled the job professionally, and charged fair. I told him to put me on his customer database, and call me next year, same time. It is always good to pump a septic out every year to prevent backups and full drain fields. I am glad I found Adams and hope he will be in business for years to come.

I called to have my septic tank pumped, they came out and did it. Said I needed a new drain field. Called to set up appointment, never called back. Had to wait 3 days to make a payment for the pumping because they were never in the office. After making payment I again tried to make an appointment for new drain field.....they were going to baseball camp and would call me back the following Monday. Its been over a month and Im still waiting on that call. Not professional at all. Will never recommend them. If you want good and reliable service, use Teds septic!!!

I called and spoke to someone and setup an appointment for an estimate several days earlier. On the day of the estimate I called to find out a time in which someone would be at my residence. I was advised that it would be after lunch before they would be here. Afternoon came and went and no one showed or called to reschedule. I own a small business and this is not how you treat potential customers! I would stay clear of this company all together!

Its Christmas day and Adams Septic Service saved us from a real $&!tty holiday (pun intended). We can finally use the bathrooms and shower!! Thank you Adam!!!

Got an appointment same day. They pumped my septic, explained about the drain field issues and gave me recommendations on where we could place a new one. Took them about an hour to get my septic pumped.

No show, no call, no voicemail for a scheduled appointment even though he explicitly stated that he would call if he had a problem.

Set an appointment with the owner two days in advance to have a septic tank pumped. The day of the appointment, he never showed up and never called. He also never answered his phone when I called to see what was going on. Do yourself a favor and call any other septic company other than Adams Septic.
