These people sux. They no longer have our business and theyre lossong other clients as well due to their price gouging and poor customer service. I wouldnt use them to weigh bananas in a produce dept or trust them to fix a scale correctly. I originally had a bad review on them they actually called me and asked to change it on a promise to rectify the issue. They didnt make good and they are bad. Use Sanford scale or anyone else but them. They dont even have an office. They use a mini storage on hwy 92 and fish hatchery rd. In Lakeland. BAD COMPANY!
