We are a family owned business that strives for excellent care and customer service and have to say that JH Studios, Inc. is on point. We purchased Date Finder wheels which come in handy with custom made window and door order ship dates/lead-times for our clients and everyone loves these. DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Blown away by how I was spoken to by a sales representative. The woman on the phone was absolutely condescending and rude. When I was asking questions on the product she was increasingly becoming annoyed and to a point that she started raising her voice. I have never taken the time to write a review on a company, but how she just spoke to me was appalling and needed to be shared with others. Take your money elsewhere to a company who will value your business and not speak to you like you are incompetent.
