Quick turnaround time, decent price & close to my home.

The price was reasonable, the shoes were ready for pick up a few days later, and the location was convenient. They did a good job with putting protection on my shoes, however, the extra taps i had in the box were not there when i picked them up. Not sure if they were put on the shoes but they were brand new never been worn. Also the bottom of my red bottoms appeared to be scuffed, it wont be noticeable underneath the shoe unless its being inspected but i know it wasnt there when i took them. Overall i would use them again if needed.

Finally I found a good shoes repair company in Tampa. They are convenient and the prices are very reasonable. so far I’ve already had six pairs of shoes repaired by them. They are very fast with the repairs, within a week you can pick your shoes up. I would definitely recommend going here. 🙂

I took some special themed heels here, due to the liner inside flaking off, and the sole separating from the heel. I just couldnt bear to throw them away! Im so glad I went here, they relined the entire inside with genuine leather and reattached it to the heel. Im 99% sure that they also repaired parts of the woven detail too because these shoes look brand new! Ill definitely be back, this was well worth the money. And a 1 week turn around no less!

Fixed my motorcycle bags extremely well and before the due date. His price was extremely reasonable. I had checked with dozens of shops from GA, AL and FL and he was the fairest in price. It is a small shop but the work and service is what is important. Great job!

They were able to repair the broken tongue on my sons ice skate. He had team tryouts the next day and they were able to make the needed repairs in time for tryouts and without the skate feeling any different to him!

Picked up a pair of shoes for a friend not sure what they were supposed to fix but apparently they didnt twist the material like they were should have but my friend liked the shoes.

I have been getting a lift on my left shoe since i was 4, i have gone to many cobblers and i thought i would never find some one like the original shop i went to... and then i found Brandon Shoe Repair and the owner, Daniel. The work is seamless and beautiful. He did exactly as promised and it only took 5 days. There was no extra glue on the outside of the shoe and he put the original sole back on which keeps the shoes looking like a pair and hides the lift.

Love this place! Very friendly, amazing service. Not limited to just shoes. Can repair purses, bookbags, pretty much anything with a thicker material.... I have been a repeat customer and will continue to use and recommend them.

Prices high but comparable; but they do good work must pay upfront

The repair was a bit pricey, about $20 for a patch, however the results were satisfactory, the shoe did look good after all.

They did a wonderful job fixing the heel of my dress boot. Even polished them.... they look brand new.

Had gone to repair my friends suitcase, he initially asked for $12. When we requested for immediate delivery, he charged extra $3 for the fast delivery. Delivered the suitcase on time and with expected perfect quality... Also the guy in the counter was polite and promising... I recommend this shop for any leather, shoe, bag, suitcase repair works👍

Great job. They restored two pairs of old shoes/boots and they turned out wonderful. They saved me a lot of money and frustration that would have been involved in trying to replace my shoes/boots over 5 years old.

This is a great place, a Hidden Gem I have used for years. They resole shoes repair leather pocketbooks, and even fix the zipper on my husbands coat which we thought we were going to lose, but they did a great repair.

I take my duty boots for periodic repair. They do a good job at a reasonable price.

Though the prices seemed pretty rough, she did a very good job repairing my shoes... These shoes are 50 yrs old and probably on the first line of that type made... Every few yrs, they have to be repaired or re-soled an she did an awesome job. Thx 😘

So Im kind of confused as to why some of these reviews say that the prices are unreasonable. I only got charged about $20 for them replacing two heels on my riding boots and the threading on one of my pumps. The prices are very reasonable! They did a great job. I was afraid Id have to buy another pair of boots and I certainly couldnt live without my pumps! They immediately told me, Oh yeah, we can do that! I purposely went a whole weekend running around in my heels after they fixed them and no problems yet! My only complaint is that you do have to call beforehand and ask if your shoes will be ready the day they actually tell you (which is usually a week after they receive them), but theyll let you know what day/time to pick them up when you call. They arent always on time. Other than that, no complaints!

Find someplace else. I went to pick up my boots a few days later than the date they gave me figuring they would be plenty done and possibly annoyed for picking up late. Well, first off they couldn’t find them. And then, after 5 minutes of searching, they said they weren’t done yet. Her only reasoning was that he had been busy. So busy that the boots aren’t even done 3 days later than the pick date? The only reason I added a star was because their replacement soles, at first glance, do seem to be quality however time will tell. Unfortunately, with the experience I had I’m not expecting much. Oh and don’t expect them to polish your shoes. I have never been to a shoe place where your shoes aren’t polished when you get them and for the price I paid (much higher than most places I’ve been to) I certainly would have expected it.

I have several pairs of older boots that are worn through the sole. I have been looking for a reliable cobbler for some time now. I took in 2 pair of boots to have resoled and asked to have them done in the vibram rubber soles since i ride a motorcycle. The boots are better than ever . I could not be happier with the quality of work performed. I will be back with more boots !

Highly recommend! This is my go-to shop for my leather repair needs. I brought my leather motorcycle race suit in for repairs and they made it look new again.

Great top of the line work.

I have been to this place a few times and for some reason the pants are always a bit shorter than I expect them to be. This last time I went back because one of the legs felt and looked shorter than the other. I spoke with the owner about the situation and she said they were fine. She measured the pants and said that they were both the same and nothing to be done.I just said ok, but it is obvious that one leg is longer. I will not go back there again.

Quality of work is good but prices are a little higher than others and came in 2 days after items were supposed to be ready and was told to come back a few days later. :(Could have called to let me know ahead of time.

Everything I paid to have fixed came apart within 30 days. they didnt even fix what I asked for and they fixed something they wanted to and charged me more money. Then when I went back because they didnt fix it. she argued with me.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD!!! I have been going to this shoe repair place for the last 4 years and have been giving them my business and A LOT of my money. Today I went back there because I was JUST there repairing my shoes on August 18th and guess what, what was repaired broke. Lovely owners wife (the rudest human being ever) told me straight to my face that IT IS MY PROBLEM. Are you kidding me? Is that how you treat your regular customer who has been going there at least 1-2 times per month??? I am never coming back and I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Please avoid this place if you can!

Took a sandal to have stitched, after waiting 10 days to have this done I wore it once and came apart. Took it back in and they charged me more and said they had to repair it. I asked them why they just didnt fix it right the first time. Take your business elsewhere.

These people do work nobody else will they replace the zipper or a coat or a travel bag all at a reasonable price, well cheaper than buying a new one.

Terrible experience, not only from this last transaction but also from multiple other times within the past year. The owner and his wife are incredibly dishonest - his wife is extremely rude to not only myself but to others as well. They refuse to follow any direction for repair - and then if they make a mistake, like they did on my particular expensive bag - they instead hold it hostage and write FAKE all over the tag - which it wasn’t, however they wanted to make sure they didn’t get sued. (Not sure how they thought that would help - really not logical)Also they will give out your number to their son, and he will leave threatening voicemails. Then they will then resort to saying that the problem is the lack of translation - however his parents have been in the states for decades and are bi-lingual. Basically a ton of excuses and lack of taking responsibility for any mistake.There are so many more local small businesses in the Tampa Bay Area to support. It’s about time for this small business to retire.

I guess I just got my shoes in during an off day. Or an off week. This was the first time I ever dealt with a shoe repair shop, so I really have no frame of reference if this was a typical or a terrible one.I dropped off my shoes and explained a few of the things I wanted done. I included a written checklist so that it would be rather clear. I had two pairs, a pair of new knee high, high-heeled Dr. Martens, and a pair of Dockers brown leather shoes.What I had on my list was to place a protector (or replace the plastic tips with rubber tips) on the tip of the Docs heel that would help protect the original heel and provide grip on the ground so I wouldnt slip. I explained this. Along with that, I requested for him to put a stretch on the toe box and put in some nice ball-of-foot insoles and longer lacing. He unlaced one boot hal of the way in order to measure how long the existing laces were.I also requested that my brown shoes be put into protectant so that they would be more waterproofed and stain resistant, and have some corrosion residue from brass eyelets cleaned off of the shoes. Simple things that I could have done myself, if only I had the time and patience.When I got there to pick them up a week later, he put some ball of foot cushions and laces in the box with my boots, despite my request that he install all of this. The lacing was exactly the way hed left it after taking out one side to measure, still laced up (how do you stretch toes on a pair of boots that are laced all the way up? )He had wrapped some shrink wrap plastic AROUND the stiletto heels. I guess this was supposed to be a heel protector. Not what I asked for at all, though I can sort of understand where the misunderstanding might have come from. I like the protector, but it wasnt what I actually wanted and asked for. My brown shoes came back wet, and they looked very ILL. The man said let them dry for a day before wearing and they would look right when dry.I did not have time to argue, haggle, or nitpick. I needed my shoes and I needed to go to work. I paid my money and left.My brown shoes did not look right. They still do not look right. They ended up, when dry, looking like theyd been sitting in the sun for a year, and had random dark spots that looked like splatter or spray paint pattern. Faded and bleached out. They used to be a lovely shade of reddish brown, and they came back to me looking like chalky cardboard. I used some mink oil on them to attempt to get the color and suppleness back, and that worked okay. But the reddish brown color that I loved about the shoes is totally ruined, and the spraycan splatter marks show through.In the end I was charged $40 for some plastic on my heels, some laces and cushions to be tossed in my box, and the color of a favorite pair of shoes to get ruined or cleaned. I left the shoes there for a week, and the toe box did not get stretched as I had requested, no bottoms put on the stilettos to protect the tip of the heel, and no protection on my brown shoes.Maybe if I ever need some emergency work done on shoes that I dont care for too much I will give this place another chance. However, with my dear possessions I will not take the chance and will drive a little bit farther to find a place I can put more trust in.ALSO as a previous reviewer has written: Its kind of miserable to go here! This place was two Hello, K thank you, byes away from treating people like inconvenient blathering ATMs. I had plenty of questions, but I held my tongue because the atmosphere felt like questions, pleasant chit-chat, etc were totally unwelcome. Hello, I came to give you my money? If you dislike where you work or the people that help pay bills so much that you cant even fake being happy to see them, maybe its time for a career reevaluation?

Told me my shoes would be ready Saturday, came on Monday, told to come back the next day, they forgot mine. When I came back I asked if on my next repair I could get a discount since I had to drive an extra trip from Riverview for my shoes. Shop owner said, no. I said, you dont want any more business from me? She said no.Ok.... no more business for you!!
