I would have given you a ‘0’ if I had the option. I’ve been coming here for years have never had worse customer service from the older lady doing the laundry services. See when u use their $13 washers you get to use the huge dryers for free. I always have 2 loads and this time one of their $13 washers was out of service. I ended up paying for 3 extra washers and she would not allow us to use both huge dryers- EVEN THOUGH THEIR HUGE WASHER WAS OUT OF SERVICE AND I HAD TO PAY DOUBLE. THE WORST THING ABOUT IT IS….. the entire time we were here, the huge dryers were never used!!!!

You can drop your clothes off here and they will wash and fold them. They do a good job and always get them done quickly. Whatever they wash the clothes with smells nice also. Really good option for when you dont have time to do the laundry. They also have washers and dryers so you can do it yourself.

I simply can not praise the Laundry Room enough. I called last night to get information. The woman I spoke with was extremely patient with my many questions and very helpful. I am used to doing my laundry at home. However, after wrestling with trying to do large items that a home machine simply can not handle. I decided to go to a laundry that had the large machines. The gentleman who was in charge today was so very helpful. He saw me struggle to push the cart, as I walk with a cane. He helped me get my things from my car, helped me select and load the machines. When they were ready to transfer to dryers he was there once again. He also insisted on me just unlocking my car and he carried everything out and loaded my car for me. He was courteous, polite and helpful. Things that are in short supply in our world. Unfortunately I couldnt bring him home with me to unload the car. LOL. I highly recommend the Laundry Room.

This place was clean, not busy at all, and the worker was fairly nice and helpful. However, I wasnt happy with my experience. A bit pricey in my opinion and you either have to pay with a credit/debit card or put money on one of the laundromat cards. That may be convenient for some but not for me this trip. I used 2 machines and put them both on the same setting. One machine started just fine while the other machine took a good 8 minutes to finally start. The worker had to tell me 3 times just give it a few minutes and itll start. Needless to say I more than likely wont be returning.

Pretty good. A little expensive, but very convenient and quick. The staff was helpful and the machines in good condition, so I didnt mind paying slightly more than other places in the area, though not a lot more. Free WiFi makes the time pass quicker. If it was a little less expensive, this would be 5 stars rather than 4. Definitely worth going to.

Attendant was more than willing to help you! Clean and comfortable place to wash, dry and fold your laundry. They do have a laundry service if youd rather drop it off!

Wash dry and fold for $1 a pound which is fantastic when you have too much to do and you dont want to stand by the washing machine all day. The place was clean and I would definitely recommend it for doing your own laundry or for the service offered.

These people that work here need more credit. Theyre very skilled at what they do. The bathroom and location is always clean. Im not able to do my laundry myself so I decided to start paying to have it done..my only regret, NOT DOING IT SOONER. Its a dollar per pound for clothes..they do a fantastic job not only is it folded to perfection, or hung theyre always so fast. Outstanding customer service!! Thank yall so much!!

The attendants can be a bit nicer. Some washers and dryers are always sick .. the place just needs some TLC. Prices could be a bit lower. Place gets my clothing washed so guess they arent too bad. Like I said places needs some TLC.

Not really friendly people that runs this place. Also I went to dry my clothes in dryer 24 it doesnt dry all the way I went and told the lady at the front and basically she told me to use more money to dry my clothes after I already spent 45 minutes waiting for my clothes to dry and they was still wet when I took them out and she never did anything about it bad service.

This local shop can get the job done when you have large loads to wash. Staff is friendly and the prices aren’t too bad at all. Recommend it if you need to wash clothes in Brandon.

The only positive thing I will say about this place is its clean. Other than that they are way overpriced and my last few experiences with 1 paticular worker was just ridiculous. I dont know her name but she is an older white lady! Very rude and extremely bossy. She needs a lesson on good customer service. Im willing to pay a little extra for a clean place but after my last 2 experiences I think I will find somewhere else to do my laundry!

Excellent staff. Ive used their services for years never disappointed. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 is because its some what an inconvenience that they only accept cash. However if thats how they keep prices down and deliver great service, Ill live with it!!!

My wife drops my Lawn care clothing here to be washed. I fell behind on my own clothing and thought I would use them. I walked in and was rudely one word answered (as if I was bothering her) by a older woman with Bluetooth headphones around her neck. I finally just walked out before I said something rude. I wont be back and neither will my wife.

Thank you what a pleasant experience I got to wash my clothes at an affordable price and it came out wonderful my son went and took his uniform from the Army to get cleaned and you did a phenomenal job and you looked really good in the pictures I took when he wore his army uniform two thumbs up God bless all of you

Ridiculously expensive. I travel all over the US and this cost more than I have ever paid. The equipment is fairly new so I guess theyre trying to pay for it. Limited seating. Cost me $18 for 3 washers and dryers.

This is a very clean laundry mat that has two extremely large washers! The attendant on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired as far as customer service goes. The machines do take a card which cost you 75 cents and whatever money is left on the card is given back to you minus the 75 cents. The washer are NOT self explanatory. The attendant hates to be bothered with how to work the machines so if you decide to go there here are a few tips: 1. Have cash. 2. Pre-set your water temp BEFORE you put your card into the slot. 3. Watch your clothes 4. Dryers take approximately 45 mins to dry a regular size load. Hope this helps.

Well I do have to say it is pretty clean here (the washers & dryers) but for some reason it stinks in this place a laundry room usually smells nice but not here also very expensive $2.25 (25mins) for small washer load also there are only 4 regular size washers the next size cost $4.75 if the little ones or full u either wait or have to use next size the highest one is $14.25 just to start one washer & .75 per 15mins to dry & regular load takes approximately $2.25 (45 mins) to dry also the tenant acts like u have never washed clothes before she tried to guide my every step which is good if u need help (I did not) so wasnt to great so I did 5 laods of laundry & spent $24 dollars doing it also did I mention u have to buy a money card for $2 to even be able to use washer or dryer so I actually spent $26. Go figure I should have just weight the crap & dropped it off probably would have cost just as much but at least I would have picked it already folded😂 it would have cost me $24 for 20lbs😂 go figure huh! On the plus side there is a awesome Cuban restaurant on the side with AMAZING Coffee in the AM to your left when facing laundry room! Happy Folding!
