Amazing service. I needed a chandelier by a certain date. They had it overnighted and it was suppose to arrive at my house. Instead, it got sent to their store which is about an hour away. Instead of saying “sorry, you’ll have to come pick it up from the store” they called an Uber driver and had it delivered to my home. Fabulous use of creativity and customer centered service. I will only buy from this store going forward because I know they have my best interest as a priority. Thank you!

Placed a lighting fixture order over a month ago and went to check on order only to find out that my order was NEVER placed!!! Went against advice given to me. To give them a chance. Should have listened to the advice that was given to me to start with and I would’ve had these issues.

Not sure why I can’t find this place on yelp so reviewing here instead. This place is old fashioned outstanding customer service with experienced, professional, knoweldgeable, helpful staff. It’s that simple and a shame to find this becoming so rare, but I will go here for all lighting needs as a result. Easy to find. Easy to park. Came in for a simple lamp repair and completed in a few days. Reasonably priced I thought. Then bought new lampshade and brought in old and the staff helped me find a good replacement. I thought the price of the lampshade was a little high (10%?), but I am willing to pay Nordstrom prices for Nordstrom service!

Bought 3 ceiling lights. One arrived damaged in a few different areas on Chandler. 1st call to report chip on lamp, they offered to order another lamp. Already waited 2 weeks and had a paid electrician at home. Discovered more damage called back. They were abrupt and rudely hung up phone. Returned product. Would not do business again.

The store was deceptive from the outside. I was surprised with the amount of selection and really liked all the separate rooms.
