Honest and fair people. Friendly too, they do not try to bs you or anything. No complaints at all. Any watch repairs I will bring to them. If I could give 10+ stars I would. They know their stuff.

I came in months ago for an emergency glasses repair, the staff there was great and instead of doing a quick solder job and calling it good (which would have broken again quick), they welded it back together. It held for long enough for me to get another pair!So I went back today for my wifes birthday present. The staff knew exactly what I was looking for, and it was a lot cheaper than other places. The staff is just great, and theyre doing well on keeping everyone feeling safe during COVID. Go and check them out! I cant give enough stars!

Brought my Omega Seamaster today for repair of lost link. They repaired it within 15 mins while I waited and the price is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

WOW! I never leave a review, but felt I needed to here. I had a frameless drill mounted pair of eyeglasses that seemed to be beyond repair.. Luckily, I found this shop and my got my glasses back within the hour. The quality of work was great, the customer service top-notch, the process was easy, and the cost was budget-friendly.

The best place and people around! Every worker I have come in contact with has been fast, caring, understanding, and genuine. I first found this place a lil over a year ago and have been a returning customer ever since. Community jewelry is the first pawn shop I have been in that I didn’t feel I was at their mercy. The staff and owner are great! You feel as if youre visiting a friend each time you go there. Ive only visited for jewelry repairs and they do that well. Theyre up front with any costs and explain everything needed/required, rather than a surprise when its time to pay.I only wish they still sold firearms. Its hard to find someone youre comfortable doing business with these days, and Id love to give them my firearm business.

This is The only Pawn shop in Brandon for me! I make this my first stop shop for all my jewelry needs. Most times they are more than fulfilled at Community Pawn. However, if Mark does not have what you are looking for, ask, odds are he can make it for you. Find that at other Pawn Shops... And as far as honesty in the pawn business? You will not find none better than this family owned business.On a recent visit to the shop I asked for my ring to be cleaned. Next thing I know I am being given a repair slip. Mark pointed out to me that my ring was cracked. I had no idea that it was even in need of his attention. Could not ask for better people. And then there are those times when I need a break, and a Life Lift. I head over to community pawn window shop and chat with Mark and Michelle. I am very honored to call them Friend. And I could not thank them more for always meeting all my needs as a loyal customer.

I had went to another pawn shop earlier to sell some scrap gold and I also had a religious gold pendant that I wanted to get looked at to see if it had real diamonds and see how much they would give me. Value pawn in Brandon had offered me $50 for the gold pendant. I kind of felt like it wasnt enough money and I wanted to see what the real value of it was besides taking it to a pawn shop. So I went to Google and looked up jewelry stores near me.this jewelry store was the closest one to me as it was called complete community jewelry Inc.I should have looked at the pictures but besides that I had no impression that this place itself was a pawn shop too and a worse one at that. Before I even went I called to check to make sure that they buy jewelry and I spoke to a woman that seemed like she had an attitude and she didnt want to serve anyone. When I got there I had the same impression by that woman she didnt even speak to me she just asked me what I wanted and I told her I would like to sell this Golden pendant she then went behind the counter and check to see if the diamonds and gold was real then proceeded to write something on paper that was nonsense to add up her nonsense to make it seem like her nonsense made sense. They offered me $15 for the pendant I believe even the scrap value of gold is around $30 a gram and that pendant was over a gram so just in scrap metal alone its worth more than what they offered me but its nice and they would definitely resell it. I scene older people in there and one lady seems very happy with the service that she got for repairing her jewelry.I hate to say it but I almost know for a fact that if you go to any other place that has any other dealing with jewelry they will probably give you not only better service but at a cheaper price I know these types of places and is really grimmy and you could tell the atmosphere when you walk in and tell that theyre not about making money because they screw too many people over. This is in no sense a jewelry store, this is a place where they offer you bottom dollar and hope to God that you need the money or are on drugs to sell your product to them so they can resell it for extravagant amount of money thats why they dont have any prices for any of their jewelry on tags for you to see.I will never ever go to this place again and I dont recommend anyone else to besides theres lots of other pawn shops nearby that are more modern and up-to-date and have way more selection of jewelry guitars electronics etc.

The hours posted here online are incorrect. Community Pawn does NOT open until 9:30 am. Someone needs to correct this listing. I was not happy to get there at 9am expecting the shop to be open! That said, the service there is great, the owners are very friendly. I took eyeglasses in to be repaired and they were done the same day at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this shop if you need your eyeglass frames repaired!

The people at this shop are the nicest Ive ever encountered running a pawn establishment. I purchased a 14k gold rose ring for my wife here. They size up or down 2 sizes for no charge! They also have unbeatable prices on jewelry repairs! I had 2 of my rings redone (tightening clasps and replacing a few chipped diamonds). Go here before anywhere else!

I have twice visited for jewelry repairs, the first time I was quoted one price and charged a much higher one. I gave them another chance and this time was assured of a quote, wrote it down on the receipt and when I get there it is 50% higher than quoted.

I went to sell my diamond ring and they tried to rip me off.

Apparently this store believes silver has no value would not even look at my silver necklace or bracelet do not go if you have silver
