I was nervous for my first Brazilian wax and Sierra gave me all the information and let me know what to expect every step of the way. She was so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable! I feel she truly takes pride in her job and wants to make sure you are good to go. Thank you Sierra!!! :)

EWC is a great place for waxing. I highly recommend going here - It’s convenient and they also offer waxing plans if you are the the type that prefers waxing on a regular basis. I get a Brazilian from Babs and she does an incredible job! She goes the extra mile to make sure all your little hairs are out (if the wax wasn’t able to get all of them). For that, I’ve always preferred her and would recommend you book with her for your next, or first, wax!

When I first started going the receptionist were not friendly, and rude. But they got nicer, more helpful receptionist a few months ago. Iv been going more regularly since they finally upgraded the ladies up front. When I go, I like to have my one waxer because she remembers me and well catch up with whats going on in each others life. Its a nicer place now.

So I was sent an email to receive a FREE WAX of my choice! I already had another appt booked with someone else outside of this company so I canceled with them to do the free services. I get there the waxer Alex was amazing hands down HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! After my wax I went to the front desk, after quoting the amount I owed I showed her the email I received. She stated “we aren’t doing that special anymore as of yesterday.” When the email CLEARLY states to come visit them before 09/30! So I asked for a manager, the manager said “well we aren’t participating in that program and I would have to pay but I told her I don’t think that’s right and it’s FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.” She was rude and didn’t have any type of customer service. Everybody looked like they didn’t know what o was even talking.. I will NEVER go to a European Wax Center EVER again because I felt like that was not right at all (&) it’s a gimmick to get you to come the establishment, do the services then get played! NEVER AGAIN

I went in to get a bikini wax & Amber wasnt able to do the wax. My silly self trimmed to short. I read to much into the internetx well Amber was ever honest and knowledgeable. I do have sensitive skin n leave for vaca in 2 days so Im going to have to shave. She referred me a treatment for the rash or bumps. Well I kept calling like I said 1st timer ever. And Jasmine was EVERY EVERY AWESOME! She answered ever question I asked. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO THEM. I will be back!

Babs was amazing 1st time here and already made a 2nd appointment for another Brazilian. This was my 1st time ever getting a wax and she made me feel so comfortable. Please tell her Im sorry I called her satan I will definitely be back

EWC is the place to go for your hair removal needs. I have been a customer of EWC for 3 years now and I’ve only left disappointed once. I’ve been to several locations, and Brandon is by far the best. The people, attitude and service provided here is unmatched, especially compared to the snobs downtown. I have seen several wax specialists over the years and Mime & Cheyanne are the GOATs. They’re easy to talk to (which comes in handy when you’re spread eagle for a stranger) and their techniques are by far the best. I would highly recommend either of these ladies to anyone considering attempting waxing for the first time. Cheyanne and Mime- THANK YOU!

I have never been here before until yesterday June 22nd 2021 in this location. I had another place set on GPS but didn’t realize that there was a waxing place near the location I was GPS-ING. So I decided to forget the other place and went to this European Wax center instead :) The front desk were really helpful and knew which products would fit my needs, but at that moment I didn’t purchase anything other than me sitting waiting for me to be called. I did a (walk-IN). As I was sitting my thoughts were running through my mind like this is a fraud, all they want is money, and to keep customers minds positive. Definitely not at all what I was expecting. Joana did my waxing, she made me feel comfortable and relaxing, walked me through every process and spoke to me as well. She saw some hair that was missed and did it over again just to get it perfect. This place wasn’t a fraud, they didn’t pressure me me to buy anything, and it was very clean and everyone was welcoming :) my thoughts in the beginning were completely wrong! But I had a great experience and I did buy a couple of things to help my waxing become more better next time so I’m looking forward to coming back to either this location or the one nearest to my house and I will definitely be purchasing more items for my body once I get another waxing :)

The EWC in Brandon on Lumsden is very clean and organized. The ladies at the front desk are always so kind. The only (2) waxers I’ve used so far are Sade & Jo and those 2 are amazing. They’re proficient, professional, they take their time but they’re very fast, & they don’t kill my Brazilian. I always walk out of there looking and feeling like a brand new PURRR!! I wouldn’t trade this place for anywhere else.

Amber was INCREDIBLE. The entire process was fast and easy. They gave great aftercare instructions and the gal at the front was so charming and sweet! I got a Brazilian and I will never go back!

Warning: This location does not take the corporate promos the EWC as a company sends out. Stopped going here because of prices but decided to give them another chance due to a promo they were running. Got there and they wouldn’t take it.

I started seeing Cheyanne at the Tampa location and had to follow her to the Brandon location! She was so amazing! She explained everything so well and was very quick and professional. I will definitely be continuing to go to her for all of my future waxing needs!

This is BS. I had an appointment scheduled for June the 1st and needed to reschedule for the 26th. I confirmed it with the young lady on the phone. On the 26th no call or text message. I decided to drive up here to see whats going on. So, apparently someone canceled my appointment without notification 😡😡😡 Thats BS. Please hire ppl who knows how to properly do their JOBS. Thanks ALOT!! PS whoever was the individual the canceled my appointment clearly they need to be re-trained. Its inconvenient to customers and ridiculous looking for the business

I definitely recommend going to Elba! I have been getting waxed here for over a year and she always does an amazing job! Everything is always so clean, fast, friendly, and efficient. 5 stars for sure, be sure to go by for all of your waxing needs, and of course, ask for Elba :)

No matter who does the work...They always leave me feeling rushed..full of wax residue, as well as they miss a lot of spots...that I point out and they do nothing to fix the situation..but the LOVE TO TAKE MY $56.00 ...Still looking for something better near me.

I have been waxing here for over a year now and it’s been absolutely amazing. I cannot rave enough about Melissa. She left for a while but is now back and honestly, I did not know how much I missed her!! Nobody waxes like her. I have gone to a couple other wax specialists here and they’ve all been phenomenal. They only hire the best here. Amber took great care of me while Melissa was away. With something so personal as a wax, I more than appreciate the comfort and professionalism everyone has here. The ladies at the front are great as well. I love how I’m always reminded of my appointment. Lord knows I forget when it is! I’ve recommended EWC already to most of my friends and 3 of them have already come and bought wax passes to keep coming! I’ll never not rave about this place. 12/10 - THERES NO BETTER PLACE TO GO!

I finally found a great waxing place!!! The best waxing center hands down. Quality hard wax. Very minimal pain. Clean and smooth finish. No bleeding or irritation afterwards. No wax residue that glues your underwear to your skin. My aesthetician (cheyenne) was amazing. Very knowledgeable and utilized great technique. They prep and prime the skin before applying the wax which makes for a more comfortable hair removal experience. The receptionist was exceptional and made me feel welcomed as a first time customer. Esha and Sade are amazing. 10/10 I would definitely recommend going to one of these ladies for Brazilians and any of your wax needs. They are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. Jessica at the front desk also has very good customer service skills and always greats me when I come in. She’s also very knowledgeable on the products they sell there. Overall I love the European wax center in Brandon fl. I’ve had nothing but great experiences.

I recommend going to Asia! She is super sweet and will make you feel comfortable the whole time! She made me feel comfortable for my first Brazilian and I will definitely be seeing her again! She is very informative about products and which ones to use. Asia is very professional and will make sure you have a great experience!

First time at European Wax also first time wax in a long, long time. Extremely happy I made an appointment. The front desk was friendly and informative. Ellie was amazing, super friendly and made the entire experience amazing and very comfortable. Ladies, I would like to say I felt no crazy pain. Yes,you are waxing parts of your body expect discomfort but for me no pain. Love the place happy I found it and highly recommend it and Ellie. Looking forward to no shaving and my monthly visit. The only thing i really dont like is that they make you feel pressured to buy their products and monthly membership fees, i find no benefit for them and i personally dont need to be pressured to buy anything.

I’ve been going here for over a year and the only reason I gave them a 4 star, is because of Ozzie. She’s amazing, unfortunately she only works on Sunday at the Brandon location, and she gets booked really fast. They need to have her working at that Brandon location more often. Now the reason for not giving 5 star is, the owner does not give discounts, or birthday treat, it’s all about making money, and less about women, and making us feeling appropriate for supporting his business. It use to be $50 for a Brazilian wax, now the company raised it to $54. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

I arrived to my appointment on 7/14/21. Upon checking out I had my free wax pass for healthcare workers and my badge. When I talked to someone on the phone to book my apt on May 21st, this location in Brandon, FL was participating. I had to reschedule my apt to today from that day but was not aware that the location gets to choose when they decide to end the promotion as my wax pass says July 31st. I spoke to Frank the franchise of this location and after explaining this to him, he still did not accommodate me. I do not think it’s fair that I came to this apt not prepared to pay $55 and with all the details I had, still no accommodation. As much as I do as a healthcare worker, this should have been accommodated as my original apt was booked during the time of promotion the location says and I was unaware. Despite not accommodating your customer, I always come to Mime and she is wonderful but I’m pretty upset that this one time was not adjusted for me as it was not brought to my attention I wouldn’t be able to get my free wax if I moved my apt and the wax pass says 7/31. Please do better with situations as such.

The women there are so incredibly sweet and they make me feel welcomed every time I visit. My first experience was amazing! Of course the first time is going to be a bit painful, but the atmosphere plus the ladies make you feel much more comfortable. Highly recommended! So glad I decided to go there!

Best waxing place in town! My experience was absolutely perfect. From the front desk interaction, the wax, and even the products I ended up purchasing! Could not have asked for a better service. The center is BRAND NEW so everything sparkled and was very clean. I definitely recommend this center. I will be returning in 4 weeks for my next wax!

Updated review:Even though my experience started out shaky with not being able to get assistance by phone, I love the ladies here. They are kind and very helpful. I’ve become a regular and recommend this location to everyone.

I have been going to EWC for almost a year in CT, and by far this is my favorite location!!!! The ladies were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They even gave me tips in which in the other location they never did.

Esha was awesome, friendly & very informative she made me feel very comfortable on my first visit.

First of all, I made an appt with Esha and when I got there, they put me with Ozzie. No offense Ozzie, you were great but I made my appt with Esha. No explanation about why they changed me. I did not feel the quality was as good as what I was used to in Tampa at another company. They do try to sell their products and up sell everything. (A little bit of pressure) They are much more expensive than Tampa and not as good quality all the way around. Staff was nice, Ozzie had a wonderful personality but I will drive to Tampa for my services.

I have Been going EWC for years. So happy they finally opened a location in Brandon and my wax specialist Ozzie is amazing. At the Brandon location she is the only wax specialist I trust and Go to! Highly recommend her.

Ive been a EWC client for a few years, I recently moved to Lakeland but work in Brandon and I am happy to say Im happy with this location. Mellisa is my girl! My eyebrows never looked this healthy and just beautiful!

Made an appointment for 1:15pm got a call at 1:10pm letting me know they wouldn’t see me till 1:45pm. No compensation offered. Didn’t care that I was already there. Didn’t care at all. Izmar the manager is probably the worst manager I’ve ever spoken to. If you want to be treated like trash this place is for you. If you want a real wax center go somewhere else.

Esha is AMAZING! I’ve been to multiple EWC locations and she’s the best wax specialist I’ve ever had. Highly recommend her! The front desk at this location is a hit or miss bc they’re so new. However Jalisa at front desk is really nice and knowledgeable and she doesn’t shove products down your throat. Will def go back to see these two lovely ladies!
