We have had Al Spicer Stone Care polish our marble floors for the past 20 plus years. Our marble floors were installed by another company unevenly and Al Spicer was able to grind them down completely and has polished them ever since. Al Spicer is the name that comes up whenever marble floors are discussed. Al is very responsive, keeps his customers well informed, and even moved up my polishing appointment when his employees finished another job early. Al Spicer and his team did an amazing job. They poured terrazzo to match the existing floor and it looks flawless. In addition they refinished the existing terrazzo which probably hasn’t seen care since the late sixties. After all of that the house floor looks phenomenal.You can see your reflection off the floor and it looks better than new. Will definitely call them with any future polishing or repairs.

Horrible customer serviceI called and asked if Al is available and the person on the phone expressed no Al is married, at this point I was quite confused and asked if Al was available to speak with, at this point I was called a clown and the individual hung up, then I was called back 5 minutes later with same individual telling me I was calling a disconnected number.... this is not a company with customer service.

Beautiful restoration of terrazzo in our house in Tampa that had wear and tear since the 60s. The terrazzo came back bright and shiny. Numerous rooms had holes from carpeting that were filled with matching chips and look like new again.

Our floors were a mess from previous tile and carpets over the terrazzo. Al and his team cleaned and restored the floors and they look like new. There were some larger cracks and sections that they had to color matched to the original floors.Very responsive and courteous employees. They do not leave a mess and clean up daily.Definitely use Al Spicer Stone for any terrazzo work.

Very happy with how our Terrazzo floors came out!!!! We had tile in the halls and bathrooms and carpet in the bedrooms. The crew came in and took out the tile and carpet to match the rest of the house. Now it is all Terrazzo and it looks amazing. There were 2 very long cracks (one in the dining room and one in the living room) that were filled and are now virtually invisible. The crew worked hard and long hours. They took pride in the work and it shows. My calls were always answered and if there were any concerns, they were immediately addressed. THANKS AL SPICER STONE CARE for doing an amazing job and making our home sparkle again.

Al Spicer Stone Care was open on Sunday and it was Mother’s Day. The owner answered the phone on the first ring and after explaining how another company started the work and was not responding to my calls or text messages he said he would get right back to me. After a few minutes he had Billy one of his workers on his way to my home. The work was completed on the same day and my Travertine floors look amazing. This is how a business should be operated. Great job will use them again and refer them to everyone.

I have used Tampa Terrazzo many times over the years. I had them polish and seal granite and travertine in my kitchen and bathrooms twice. I also have them clean and seal my Mexican satillo tile floor every 2-3 years. They have always done an excellent job at a fair price. I can highly recommend this company.
